    This location has the WORST customer service of all the BOA locations I've visited! Ive never had a positive experience here. Long lines out the door , even longer wait times, always 1 TELLER. The employees don't care, they always seem annoyed to even be there. They'd prefer you go to the ATM to do your banking than actually help you. The 3rd party security guy at the door is more helpful. Avoid this bank like the plague . The branch manager should find a new career.

    So I looked up their rating... It says two... I can see why! Every time I come by to do business no one ever acknowledge you and you sit in a chair and wait... Supposed to be a premier customer... A funeral home doesn't really need to push for excellence in customer service... Neither does Bank of America... Something we have to use

    Worst customer service anywhere. Oh they greet you like your valued. That's fine. Once you get in line,pack a lunch. Almost 15min to cash a lowly $30.00 m.o They stopped to finish their work. I worked customer service for many yrs. Customer Fitst

    Had me make an appointment and got all the way here for it to be "temporarily closed" and now i cant make any appointments and have no debit card until monday at earliest. Thanks, enjoy your long weekend Edit: their excuse is CDC guidelines lmao after 2.5 years now theyre making changes? Come on. EVERY BRANCH IN THE STATE IS CLOSED!!! Talk about bankers hours, if you thought it was crazy before now they just blatantly don't care. Absolutely ridiculous, ill most likely be changing banks

    I had multiple terrible experiences at this location. They do not answer phones, extremely rude employees at the counter, always a long line, employees having personal conversations by the door instead of assisting with the line. I drive out of my way to the location in Garden City now and they are wonderful. BoA just needs to close this particular location.

    Very slow and super rude. When we asked why they wouldnt complete a service today that we get in Middletown we were told "Well we arent them, go there. Tellers shouldnt be hired to work with the public if they dont have people skills. Seems like after holding an account with them for years, its about time to consider a different financial establishment. This branch doesnt even deserve 1 star.

    I hardly write reviews but the teller/manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. After seeing other reviews this is a frequent problem yet he's still employed. I came to this location to cash a check today and the manager made numerous comments regarding what the check was for when it is none of his concern. After 10 minutes he told me that he could not cash the check because he could not verify the account holders signature. Luckily, the account holder was outside. The teller/manager also gave him a hard time after showing his license and bank card the the manager made him go get his phone to verify the text pin. I have never had such a horrible banking experience and now you lost two customers!

    DO NOT BANK HERE! Always the worst banking experience of my life. Unhelpful, difficult to accomplish anything, corporate America at it's finest. I've always given the benefit of the doubt here but, after multiple years of mistreatment and unprofessionalism the camel's back is officially broken. I will be taking my business elsewhere.     Horrible first impression coming into this bank. I give it 2 stars just because the student intern made up for it. First initial visit and the teller talked so quiet you could barely hear what she was saying and when she did answer questions, she had attitude and didn’t seem to have knowledge of what she was doing. Just terrible customer service. Went back in the second time the same day and the student intern referred us to the ATM inside of the bank so we didn’t have to wait in line. The intern should honestly take the job of the teller because she had great customer service and was very helpful.
