Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Rayford Rd, Spring

Literally the worst Bank of America in Houston maybe even Texas who knows. Literally just walked in and they didn't even have bank tellers working the counter at 11AM. There was a greeter guy there saying that the bank tellers were on lunch so the only function available were ATMs...dude, it's 11 o clock, you're supposedly open and you don't have anyone working inside, what a joke....there's literally a CHASE, down the street, do yourself a favor if you're thinking of using Bank Of America and DON'T. I can not WAIT to go back in a couple hours (HOPEFULLY SOMEONES ACTUALLY WORKING) to take all my money out and leave this nightmare of an establishment.

Great location but terrible customer service. This location needs a manager older than 25. The staff is more focused on gossip, whispering and closing early than dealing with customers. Try a different branch. This branch is a poor representation of Bank of America.

I love the people at this Branch! They greet me by name when I walk in and are always friendly and caring. They helped me with a serious issue on my account when the corporate office had an hour wait time on hold by phone. The service there is much better than the Sawdust or Woodlands locations.

They have some terrible staff at this location. We walked in at 12:46 pm on Monday Oct. 25th. There were not any staff or greeters at the cashier counter or the offices. The whole front facility was empty!

I'm happy Bank of America put a branch closer to the many subdivisions located near by. However, they need a different manager at this bank, because this branch is too nice to operate so poorly. I stood in line behind 1 man having problems with a check over 20 minutes, because they only had 1 teller taking customers in the middle of the day. There were 3 employees standing behind the glass laughing and talking with each other about things completely unrelated to work. No-one helped or even bothered to say " hello, she'll be with you guys shortly". There was 1 other person in line behind me. We were both puzzled as to why there were 4 people being paid to be at work, but only 1 had a window open, when 3 were doing NOTHING!!

Terrible service, they are understaffed. I waited 1 hour to get a notary and I couldn't wait any longer any more. All that time and there was only two people in front of me, when I complained to the manager about that she said " wait your turn" and then when I told her I want to speak to her manager she laughed at me and said ok in a very flippant way. I recommend to go elsewhere for your banking needs. Update-3/21/17- I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars The district Manager contacted me and we had a discussion of what happened and he apologized for what happened and welcomed my input, he said he will look into staffing more people.

Great experience all around at this location. The Branch Manager was very welcoming and attentive, making sure all of my needs were properly met. Overall, what a fantastic team!

Bank of America is not customer friendly it's like they don't care about their customers you have no access to Bank of America

For two days I’ve called this bank only to be disconnected, transferred to wrong department ect. I’m over it. Duce

State of the art ATM's very friendly staff easy in and out.
