If you're a fan of long lines, inadequate staff and poor customer service then this branch is for you! Some of suits in the lobby - I counted four - should man a teller window instead of wasting space in the lobby doing nothing. 30-40 minutes is unacceptable!

Pretty terrible service here… Long lines. Rude staff. Super unhappy customers… Rarely ever more than one person serving a long line of disgruntled customers… Try a different bank

I just went in to cash my check from work, and had the worst (with a "t") experience cashing it. I teach at an Islamic school, and I believe that my appearance led to some sort of apprehension from the teller. I witnessed her deliver an Oscar worthy performance as she gave the lady in front of me textbook service, well wishes and all. However, she was lukewarm at best when I approached, asked for assistance, received said assistance, before rushing in to cash it. I was $8 short upon cashing, and repeated the amount she announced. Though, harshly, mind you, I was upset at the fact that there was no proper protocol with regards to saying "there will be an $8 checking fee, would you like to proceed?". The closest thing that I'd gotten of the sort was "are large bills fine with you?" which is another way of saying "this is the fastest way possible to get you moving", or at least that's my safe assumption. When I received less than what I was issued for teaching, I'd gotten "for cashing the check!!" when I inquired about my $8. If not for the fact that my students could easily find this post, or at least their parents or my colleagues, I would speak all of my mind. Nevertheless, for the lady in glasses, this is the afroheaded, round-framed sunglasses wearing, Lenny Kravitz on a budget customer that you got sick from helping. The only reason you will see me again is because your location is on the way home. Otherwise, follow proper protocol regardless of how you may feel at the moment. Especially if they'd just seen you get all "Oh my GOD!!! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEEEEEEEND!!! (giggle... giggle)" literally seconds earlier. #Beprogressive #B_e_progressive

I have been with Boa for 25 plus years as a merchant account and private account. I have seen good customer service decline over the years. Tellers always great but reduced staff make the wait times horrible. Now with covid it is way worse. Reduced hours and reduced tellers. I was there today and waited at least 30 minutes in 104 degree weather before being able to even able to enter the bank. I am a senior and am in line with even older and disabled persons. When I finally get inside there is 2 tellers (it takes over another 30 minutes to get to the teller). I ask the security guard why don't they have more tellers to, get the people through and he says employees have to be reduced (business side jammed pack with employees and people but only 2 tellers on the banking side) and we have to keep people safe. Like having seniors and disabled standing in 104 degrees is safe. So I grab bank manager, Jim and he says that they have to let tellers go for lunch and that is why they are low tellers and I suggest having more tellers and extra one to give breaks. He stares at me blankly. I find out that the manager for the Henderson area is in the building so ask and get to speak to her, her response is that this bank is the busiest in Henderson so I respond then wouldn't you have more teller? And she responded that they do.. when I told her that it is not safe to have people standing in the heat, she stated that they will soon be putting tents up so people are shaded from the sun. OMG, just put more tellers on and greatly reduce the wait. I got the contact info to take it higher up but won't hold my breath. Will be searching for a bank that values their customers with good customer service in the meantime...

No problems for me. The wait was a bit long, but please understand that we are living in difficult times with the impact of Covid-19 and some other locations have been closed, shifting and increasing the client load to other sites.

They are very rude. I was waiting for credit card service about 30mins and I was only one waiting. But when another customer came, they let him in first. So I told them I was first, but they just said the new guy just came was the first. Then they told me the credit card service cannot handle here in rude way. They didnt even ask me what I needed when I was waiting for 30mins.

I was told at 10am that I would be able to get in and be seen by a banking agent. Every fifteen minutes they checked in telling me that were my account was being worked on (had to close my account due to fraudulent changes). After wasting my time for an hour I was told there were other locations that had agents free. I wish I would have known they lied when they said I could get in in five minutes, and wish I was able to get my time back. USE ANOTHER BANK!

Set an appointment to apply for a travel credit card with my husband and after applying with Anthony, he started to apply for the wrong card! While still there, we asked him to correct it. He then assured us he did make the correction and we signed the paperwork. Few days later, our cards arrived and they were the wrong credit cards. My husband and I called the branch main number 14 times and no one even picked up! We then spent 1 hour on the phone with B of A Customer Service and Sales department only to be told we needed to wait another 3-4 weeks to correct the mistake so it wouldn't affect our credit scores! Just a side note, even the corporate center couldn't get a hold of this branch!

I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. I’ve never worked so hard to try to work with a bank only to have them try to upsell and shaft me again and again. DONT waste your time or money with these people. They’re the worst. They’re incompetent. They’ll take your money and tell you that’s problem.

My company is merchant with boa, but Since covid they eliminated merchant services, causing long wait times. I will say service is good when you finally get to the counter.
