Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) NJ, Manahawkin

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is the worst bank and worst branch in America. I've never been a real fan but this morning was the last straw. I went into the bank to have them address a situation that is ADMITTEDLY THEIR FAULT. Not only did the rep not solve the problem, she made it WORSE! Now, I'm scrambling and they can't do a thing about it. Do not do business with these incompetent people.

Raquel was amazing. Had to do a last minute car loan and she gave the extra effort to ensure me and my mother were able to leave ready to purchase a vehicle. She was extremely well mannered and friendly. 10/10 would recommend you go see her.

They were very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment. I walked in with q problem and they were friendly and accommodating!

Came into to get print outs of my bank statements going back 6 months...sounds simple right? Thats where you are wrong, took over a half hour, other people were helped while I sat there waiting...ridiculous. finish helping one customer first before moving on to the next! Had to watch him take a 15 minute phone call, schedule other peoples appts...I am not happy

I don’t even know how they have 2 stars as a whole. This location is extremely slow. I stood in line for 10 minutes because the atm would not allow me to take outta much as I would’ve liked. I understand that. Then inside are 3 people “working” 1 is helping customers at the counter. She was doing her job. 1 was “helping” customers at the drive through but a majority of her time was spent waiting for time to use the computer the first lady was using. Ridiculous. The last person was just doing paperwork on the counter in front of everyone. The customer in front of me said something and was told, we all have different positions and we’re only supposed to have 1 person on the counter at a time.

Outrageous! No wonder they have a 1.7 star rating. I tried making a cash deposit into my wife's account and they wouldn't allow it. They said "it is for her safety". Legal tender placed into her account, well within federal cash limits, is somehow compromising her safety. No judgements... No fraud... No money laundering... No prior excessive cash deposits. Just a happily married 70 year old couple trying to move a few dollars from his bank to hers, and they won't accept it. Guess who will lose a customer real soon?

The manager girl stands right behind the tellers & is like an overbearing hawk. It gives off a low morale vibe among the bank teller ladies. ?It's quite sad to see. This is the only bank I've ever heard of where you cannot deposit $$$ into someones account. They won't let you. Usually that goes for withdrawing $$$ out of someones account. Because common sense, Yes?

Kimberly Penna is definitely my go to person not only is she super informative and friendly but her knowledge and custumer service skills are amazingly impressive she put me in a complete state of confidence the moment I walked in she took the time to answer all my questions step by step ...Thanks a bunch

Never answer their phone!!! ATM is not installed in a "USER FRIENDLY" position and its outside! Don't EVER OBTAIN A MORTGAGE FROM BANK OF AMERICA! After 20+ YEARS OF DIRECT DEPOST PAYMENTS, they throw you to the WOLVES OF NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, the LAST COUPLE YEARS , after your PRINCIPAL IS LOW & they're making LITTLE INTEREST!! Google "NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE"and "READ THE Numerous HORROR STORY" Families losing their house for all the wrong reasons, house's being foreclosed on that they don't even HOLD the mortgage on!!! WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO PAY OFF OUR "WRITEN BALANCE" had our Credit Union WIRE NATIONSTAR THIER PAYOFF FIGURE in February, and they lied and charge us thousands more and then lied and said they paid our property taxes, after the they gave us payoff letter and had the payoff funds for over two weeks!! Tax office NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM NATIONSTAR!! Don't believe me..... Google NationStar and read the reviews!! PLEASE.... just beware!!! STAND CLEAR FROM Bank of America and NationStar Mortgage I believe they're one of the same owners.

This bank was not open. Our hometown bank closed. This post shows they are open. Dozens of people waiting to get in. Very poor customer service after 35 years. Looking for a new bank.
