Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hartford Tpke, Vernon

Jessica has been wonderful and supportive helping me with my parents accounts after both passed. I can't say enough. She went above and beyond.

This bank has the worst wait lines....they never have enough tellers. Not to mention thier 6ft apart policy makes the line even more unbearable. The shields are so small you can barely get the deposit through the hole.Not the staffs fault , but severe poor management

pointless bank as it is NEVER open. long wait times, no drive through teller. employees are nice though.

Had to write a review after coming in today for a bank check, staff was super professional and helpful. They're abiding by social distancing with markers on the floor and have multiple people walking around to help direct people. They had complimentary water bottles too. The woman walking around directing people was really considerate, I think her name was Ann Marie and she sat an elderly couple down and personally helped them instead of having them wait in line with all those other people which I thought was just so sweet. Happy that the bank felt safe in these crazy times and all the tellers were friendly and helpful too!

The staff is friendly here but this branch is constantly closing, seems like a monthly thing and is very inconvenient. When you call the phone just rings. The branch in manchester, CT is open but the line to get in is wrapped around the building and the wait times to get in are ridiculous.

Suffers many of the common issues with BoA... A tad overkill on the "friendly" customer service, it never feels genuine. They also treat you like you've never been in a bank before. Lousy hours during the week results in a ridiculous line on Saturday morning, which is generally handled by one to two tellers while someone stands around with a smile painted on their face telling people that they should just go use the ATM instead of waiting. I'd recommend using United Bank up the road instead, they're even open after work hours on Thursdays and rarely have any lines on weekends.

So it's not enough that you close branches so our store managers need to drive miles to make deposits but you cant even maintain night deposit drop boxes. This is blatant disregard towards a corporate customer.

They are super slow , not fully staffed, don't think about people in queue when they stuck with any customer , right now I m there and waited for 20 min but they still stuck with the same customer

Often when I come here wether it is on a weekday or Saturday and there is always a line and only 1-2 tellers working. Why is that? There are about 5 places for a teller to work. And this is just one issue that I have had with BOA.

They’re nice but lines around the block to get in. I waited atleast 30-40 minutes to get what I needed. It’s frustrating.
