Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Glenwood Ave, Raleigh

Abir the AVP Financial Center Manager was wonderful to work with! She greeted me when I walked in, understood what I need, and took care of it in a super efficient and effective way. Thought I may have to go to a teller or a banker and sit and wait, but she knows exactly what she’s doing, finished for me right at the front desk, was detail oriented, and best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time. I was in and out in a short 15min and very happy!

Super polite and helpful staff, client oriented and professional. I was very pleased. The ladies helped me to resolve everything I needed. They even stayed after their working hours to be able to complete everything with my new account. Thank you so much, guys.

Walk in ATM was not working but Drive thru ATM worked fine. Easy to access from the mall.

Great location rite infront of bestbuy. Only problem is parking is horrible if u go during peak timez. But overall a great bank. The bank has a great mobile app an the company as a whole promotes it. The app is great. Overall bank is great better than its next door neighbor . I would defintly recomend them if u are lookin 4 a new bank. Also it has a great network of atms available on both east an west coast 4 the domeztic traveler 4 fun or work.

Had to rush a few minutes before closing on a Friday because another Bank of America wouldn’t squeeze us in. The staff was so professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. Eva did the transaction for us and was amazing. She even offered to change some information in our accounts to make future transactions easier.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The building is small. They were not socially distancing. And the lady directing people had no clue what she was doing. They will not notary titles if you don’t have an account there! That was after she was telling me to fill it out and sign it. Her English was horrible and no one at that bank knew what they were doing!! It was a mad house! HORRIBLE!!!! ZERO STARS!!

I understand COVID has changed some of the things of how this business operates. But overall they are doing the best they can with what they have. The cashiers are friendly, always greeting you with a smile and ready to assist. The ATM on the outside could use an update like the ones outside of north hills mall, but they do their job. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about this location, so far it’s 5 stars for me.

This branch is very COVID aware. No more than 7 people in at a time and a very fast turn around. I had an appointment at 10:15 and was let in at exactly 10:15 not a minute later. Opening an account with Dalal was swift and seamless. Abir was ensuring everyone waiting had a time slot entered into the system and was periodically checking in with Dalal to provide customers an accurate ETA. 10/10 would recommend.

"Completely unprofessional for a customer service focused business." Stole that quote from another review. Holds so true for mine as well. Went in to cash a check. Drawn on their bank. First closes at 4pm... Ok... So i had to wait untill today. Not a big deal but what bank closes at 4pm??? So today i go in to cash the check. Oh yea I have to go in BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THE DRIVE-THRU FOR COVID?!?!? Someone explain to me how this is a good move??? Now we get to the issue. I gave them the check and my ID, which is the paper copy they give you until the regular one comes in the mail. Ive had no issue with it anywhere else. Including opening a SECU acct. But I had a second picture id with me (the secu card has my picture in the corner) I didn't go to SECU because they put a 7 day hold on the funds. But I guess I will have to bite the bullet and deposit the check. Never seen a bank run that way before and never will again. Its been a bad enough experience that I will NEVER step foot in that disease spreading horrible joke of a financial institution again... Rant over...
