Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Worcester Rd, Framingham

I concur with the various critical reviews of BOA. This is a horrible bank which is full of incompetent people with policies which allow them to take money from bank accounts with no activity randomly without notice. Goto Citizens Bank, or a credit union and save yourself from the headache.

Unprofessional! Made an appointment online for notary . Went there to find that person I was booked with was absent that day.

This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. The staff is totally incompetent and unhelpful. We arrived at noon and just needed to simply change my name due to marriage. We stood there for ten minutes before someone came out from behind their desk and all they said was you need to talk to the manager. A guy who had also been there for a while had an appointment and said to the Bank employee to let us go first since he was still waiting on someone. The employee said “uh we have other appointments I can’t”. It was 12:15 at this time and the bank closes at 1... I saw no one else waiting for their appointment. I don’t know when Bank of America changed to this “seen by appointment only” regime but it absolutely sucks. Not only do you feel like a number but when the customer service is completely obsolete it makes you consider putting all your money back into a local credit union and paying the occasional ATM fee when you need to withdraw. Not worth the headache dealing with corporate banks.

On December 31,2018 I deposited $20,000 in Bank of America, Framingham office because I was told i can get $200 cash as long as I put my money over there 3 months. I did it. After May 2019, I checked it but I did not see any $200. At end of June, I checked with them and they said they will take a look. I am still waiting fir their response. I feel like they are cheating on me!!

I'm bank of america customer , I have personal account and I do have business account, I was here to notary a document, and Lorraine Gomes Miranda don't let the guy do the notary saying is lunch time! She was so rude whit me said we don't charge for it! Its free and has to be on our time not customer time! Very disappointed from her and from Bank of america roles! I'm think to get out of bank of america!

Every time o go to this bank, I have to wait such a long time. I waited in line over 15 minutes to make a deposit being the next customer, I saw at least 5 staff but only one teller. I even asked if anyone else could help and I was told no, because they didn't have a drawer. Not nice. Specially at lunch time.

Terrible customer service! People working there are incompetent and what is worse, they try to convince you that certain transactions are impossible! Ugh, will consider this location if they change/educate their staff.

Do not bother going to this location, the ATMs will be out of service

Tellers did not care that ATM had stolen my card and ignored me

Horrible business service. Don't bother trying to get notary services here - they're not usually available or with long wait times.
