Is there an option for ZERO? I went to this branch yesterday and was just disgusted. It’s extremely obvious that they don’t want to have branches open to the public. I had the displeasure of dealing with someone presenting themselves as the manager; Suzette Gayle. Since I was there for a long time, I saw plenty of transactions with this rep, and I’ve never seen a more lazy nor condescending banker. As briefly as I can: 1. Didn’t want to transfer funds for a client - told him to do it on his phone. 2. Completely mislead and ignored an Hispanic woman and her translator, as they tried to understand a bounced check issue. She got rid of them finally by telling them to wait for a letter in the mail. Then REFUSED ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY because I had a State of Utah issued photo ID - she would only accept a NJ DL, which I’d misplaced. Clearly stated on BOA’s Primary ID list is a US state issued identification card with photo. I also gave her acceptable Secondary ID from the BOA list, which she also refused. When I asked for her supervisor, she told me that she IS the manager. Oh boy… no sense in even talking at that point. When a banker throws up unnecessary barriers, they need to be censured, re-retrained, or fired. This employee should fall into the last category. She was wholly inconvenienced by the line of people needing service. Customer service and empathy are NOT within her vocabulary, as demonstrated by even just my short unpleasant visit. Given the feedback of this branch, and her assertion that she is the manager, it’s obvious that under her leadership this branch is failing it’s customers. She needs to go.

I’ve been with this bank since 2008. This specific location makes you jump through firey hoops to do anything. Cash a check, notarize something etc. switching banks today because of this specific location.

The bank tellers are rude and unprofessional. They take forever to answer their phones and also give so much attitude when it’s their job to answer certain questions. They say one thing over the phone and when you actually go in there, they go against everything they just told you on the phone. Just go to use the atm nothing more or you’ll get the WORST SERVICE OF YOU LIFE

I made an appointment here to get something done. I have been waiting here for over an hour (still here while writing this) and not a single person acknowledged me. As I am waiting an elderly couple walk in. They seem to know one of the people because she comes and greets them all the while still ignoring me. I know this couple did not make an appointment and yet they are taken care of right away and I am still sitting here invisible. I've had accounts with BOA for lot longer than any of these have been working for them, so yeah I WILL tell you how to do your jobs considering I know more about how the bank is supposed to operate. FYI to the one ladys comments about her brother getting the run around, they get paid commissions for opening accounts. That's why they got bitter when they found out account was created online. To the CSR's working in the offices, you get paid a base in addition to your commission's so do your job. You are not on commission only pay.

The employees here act like they are doing you the favor.. the lines are long.. not a fan of BoA.. it's no wonder to me why the are closing branches.. Berlin..Vineland.. etc.. they must keep only their sourist employees as the better ones quickly find work elsewhere ... try Columbia Bank up the street..

complaint # 200409cr0011507 i cant believe how this bank treated my brother today. They denied him access to his accounts that he created online last night. They told him there was a hold on the account and gave him a number to call. He called the number and they told him theres a hold because when you create an account online you have to come down to the bank to verify who you are to start accessing the account {which he did} they turned him away and said they didnt know why or wouldnt discuss with him why he was being turned away. When he resolved it on the phone he called the bank to tell them what the corperate number told him and they told him he shouldnt tell them how to do there job and told him they advise there customers not to use the bank of america website to create accounts. He told them all you have to do is call them when im there and verify who the customer is with there forms of identification and there would be no problem, They became even more rude, advised him to use another branch and not to tell them how to do there job.He asked to speak with the branch manager, and she said she was the branch manager. I hope better proffessionalism is provided next time. A complaint has been filed and it will be followed up upon. complaint # 200409cr0011507

Worst and slowest service ever. I cannot believe a banking experience can be so bad. I needed a proof of residency letter notarized, went there found the banker on her phone while I'm sitting there just waiting for someone to approach for assistance. I finally got tired of waiting and asked her if they have a notary. She replies, "yes I can do notary but I'm not even logged in yet." This is at 9:14 by the way. She looks at my letter which simply states where I reside, and she goes I cannot notarize this. She had no valid explanation. I went to Wells Fargo and they notarized it in a heartbeat with smiles and courtesy. Please stay away from this branch. Whoever is in charge or managing that branch should be replaced for starters, hire more staff that actually wants to be there and help people.
