Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson

Same as the others, just one person working while one checks people in. Just to update I was getting a cashier's check that I have to go inside to get. What happens when the one teller needs a break? Or has a question? You close the bank? Staff the office

What's wrong with this picture? You have two greeters and only one person working behind the desk helping clients. You also have 4 stations empty with no one to help clients. What happened to good old customer service? Fees keeps going higher but service getting worse.

I come into this branch fairly often for business banking. Everyone is so friendly, and if there is a long line they will have an associate up front to help with simple transactions. I’ve never had to wait for more than a couple minutes. Love it here!

This location is trash along with bank of America as a whole. Hours are next to nothing and without an account number you can't do anything. You have a name and address, how can you not service the account. Glad only two more months and our commercial account will be closed at BofA!

Horrible experience today. 2 teller. 8 people in line. 1 teller just standing ,maybe training? 25 minute wait

Nice friendly castumer support i love this bank sometimes problems with ATMs not working after 1am, But most is a friendly communication. Best bank at Green Valley pkwy 👍

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. BEEN BANK OF AMERICA SINCE 8 YEARS OLD. ACCOUNT FOR 30+ YEARS. Reno bank of america cashes check from SAME company and gives cash back for partial amount on spot. BUT KATIES BANK OF AMERICA - WONT OVERRIDE IT.. LOL OKAY SO YOU CAN BUT YOU WONT. SAME COMPANY CHECK... BASICALLY KATIE HAS A MASSIVE POWER TRIP AT HER LITTLE BANK OF AMERICA. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVVVVVVVER. CLOSING ACCOUNT AFTER 30+ YEARS. I hope Katie gets talked to regarding her lack of professionalism and inability to make good decisions based on available information. After leaving the Title company we went to BofA to sign some papers and make a wire transfer. My husband and I are not too fond of wire transfers with all of the hacking going on today. However I must say the Michael Fisher the Relationship Manager of this branch made us feel so comfortable and safe. Michael explained the process and took us step by step (he was very truthful and detailed). The branch is very clean and you feel secure doing your transactions within the glass enclosed office. The waiting are is comfortable and state of the art. Free parking, easily see from the main street, offering financial assistance, the tellers are located on the other side of the branch. ATM located in the front.

This bank has drive thru and it's a good bank to go to if u got an account with them it's also a credit union so it's great for couple other things too friendly staff also

3rd time at this branch and the line is always out the door.
