Just went in to this branch to take a look at my account. There is a hold on my account and I can’t access my funds at all. Granted I have a new account. And I did post a check for over 5,000$. That was on Thursday, today is Tuesday. They made 200$ available to me on Friday which was fine, and I went in today to see if there was a way for them to make ANY funds available to me today. First off I called before I even came and I can’t even get these people on the phone at this branch. So I decided to go inside. The receptionist was preoccupied and I was not greeted, so went up to the counter to be serviced, and without even looking at my account the teller told me that there was nothing he could do. He seen that I started to grow frustrated so he asked for my ID to take a look at the account. After printing out a statement which I could have done myself, he puts me on the list to see a banker, and tells me that the check that I SEE cleared is not really cleared, but I can wait to see a banker to see if I can get the hold off. I wait at least 15 minutes before the RECEPTIONIST comes up to me and tells me, that because I have a new account they can’t take the hold off, despite me stating several times that the CHECK HAS CLEARED and is LEGITIMATE. I have proof of that online. The hold is on the Bank of America’s end. I was not even allowed to see a banker I was told I could not be helped , but there is a number she could give me (she being the receptionist). I did not receive that number, I did not receive any help, I didn’t even see a damn banker. So I don’t understand , the teller says as soon as my check clears I should have access to my funds. Shouldn’t the check being clear void the hold time ? I haven’t been with this bank long but I’m guaranteed not going back to this branch. Every bank makes 200$ available the first day and up to 5,000$ of the check after 2 business days. The hold is only for 3 more days. It is the banks decision to remove the hold in THIS particular situation. I don’t understand why I WASN’T helped here.

I would give this branch -5 if it was possible, I was there this morning to deposit some cash into my account, I haven't received my new debit card so I couldn't do it at the ATM. I waited in line for over an hour, there was like 10 people "working" at the bank, but no one was actually working! They had 2 people greeting you at the door instead of having more tellers, the line kept getting longer and people was getting really anxious and they had just ONE teller, the poor guy was really overwhelmed, the rest of the staff were just making excuses and doing nothing. This teller deserves a raise and the rest of the staff was pretty much useless. Pretty disappointed, wondering if I should have opened my account with a different bank.

I came in at 5:30 to open an account with Bank of America I called prior to arriving I brought all documents needed to open the account. Brenda told me I was going to be seen. I wait 10 minutes for Rosa the manager to approach me and tell me I could not be seen!!! When there was no one before or after me to see a banker!! Horrible horrible experience! She didn’t even care I waited 10 minutes! Where is the customer service? I don’t have time to come back the next day to have my time waisted again. Thanks but no thanks.

Literally the slowest service in the entire world. They give no cares about how many people are waiting in line, for how long, while 3 other people move around behind the glass or walk back and forth. A good manager would want to provide a good experience. The ONLY reason I ever come here is because by the time I get off work I can’t make it to any other Bank of America location by the time they close. It’s 5:11 I got in line at 4;50.

They never answer the phone. All I wanted was to close my account since I was on bed rest due to a fall and pregnancy. I withdrew all the cash leaving a total of $0.59. I kept calling multiple times and I doubt they were busy. Every time I've gone to the bank they only had 2 customers. Never busy yet they can't answer a phone call. I'm glad I don't bank with them anymore good riddance.

Don't meet with Monica Taylor-Wright she's rude, disrespectful and also has an attitude problem, she wouldn't follow protocol.. Branch Manager said that she couldn't make her open the account if she feels uncomfortable, because i called an senior adviser in customer care to verify things that's why she felt that way. horrible

Worst bank to use. Open an account somewhere where they don't steal your money on a regular basis. Also this places ATMs are always broken.
