I have gone to this branch for many years. The service and response has been very poor the past couple of years. I am trying to process a HELOC now and no one answers the phone and no one calls you back. Consider getting another bank. I revised my review based on a visit to this branch later that day. A temporary Client Representative and a temporary Mgr. Jennifer Whitaker assisted me very thoroughly and explained the branch will soon have more permanent employees. I think it would behoove B of A to get those permanent, knowledgeable employees at the Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth branch as soon as possible. Thank you Mrs. Whitaker and it would be great if you could be the new manager.😀

This is by far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Every time I am there they have ~4 employees standing around and 1 teller with a line. This time I came in and there was no teller for the day and a woman was directing people to the ATM. Pay your tellers more or treat them better, I really don’t understand why this is an issue with this bank, it’s so frustrating. I do not recommend this branch or, frankly, this bank at all.
We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time at the financial center by using an ATM, enrolling in direct deposit or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

Walked in 4 wks ago without an appointment so my son could be a signer on our safety deposit box. We were told we needed an appointment for that. When we said to the teller that he was here from New York and departing the next day, they accommodated us and allowed us to go through the process for him to become a signer. It was much more involved than I thought it would be but they were very kind and accommodating. I don't have the person's name who helped us but it was a female and she was very nice.
Hi, Richard. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^Joseph

I am writing this before I send a similar email to the bank president. I am about to close all my personal and business Bank of America accounts. My experience at this branch was the last straw. My daughter bought a car today and we had 17 savings bonds to cash. We first went to the Bank of America on Beck Rd to find they were temporarily closed. We then had to drive 15 min to this branch. We were immediately told we could only cash 10 bonds at a time. When I first asked if we could get back in line to cash the other 7, the cashier waiting on us did not answer but the woman behind her nodded yes. While cashing the 1st 10 the cashier was just rude. She chided my daughter for endorsing in pencil (as had I when I originally saw she did) and then starting mumbling complaining that these aren't even fully matured (why should she care). She obviously just didn't feel like dealing with them. During this entire time, one customer came in. We moved got back in line so she could wait on him. When she was done, there was absolutely no one else in there but, she told us only 10 / day /customer. I then asked why the other teller said we could and I was told "because maybe she likes to make her own rules". She then just smirked and said "see you tomorrow". I would understand if they were busy but they were not. Unfortunately, I can't take time off work tomorrow to do this again. My daughter lives 45 min away with her other parent and we are rarely together during banking hours. Half of their branches are closed and distant. No one seems to care. I checked Bank of America website and the only limitation they have is a $1000 maximum if your checking or savings account is less than 6 mos old. That was not the case in our situation and we had less than $1000 anyway. My next action is to email the bank President about this branch, the rude teller and the general lack of customer service provided by Bank of American in general these days.

Worst experience ever. I took an appointment at 2pm to open a safe deposit box. I was told that they are helping other customer and will get back to me in 10minutes. But at the end I was made to sit there for almost 55 minutes and the manager get back to me saying that it will take 10more minutes. Please avoid this branch. Customer service at this branch is worst.

Very poor service. Staff doesn’t want to help tbh. They will just make excuses. One of the employees was rude and refused to help. Avoid the branch if you have any other place available.

I have had the worst experiences at this bank. Every time we go in there, people are in a terrible mood and extremely rude. This last trip was the icing on the cake. We needed a cashiers check. That’s it. The people acted like we were such an inconvenience and upset that we were even there. Especially the teller. Everyone is stressed right now, not just you guys. A little bit more empathy and kindness towards your customers will go a long way.

This branch’s reviews get beat up for no good reason. The staff is always accommodating and gets my requests handled promptly. April, in particular, was a rock star today. Keep up the great work!
Excellent! Thanks Ryan, for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^michael

Horrible service! Both from the teller and then the manager. I was treated as an inconvenience by both! Service es I had many times in the past were disguarded out of had with no concern to the needs of the customer. Within a matter of fifteen minutes the teller managed to irritate three other customers and myself. This happened at 3;20 this afternoon.

If you are in a rush do not go to this location,. I came into to get a replacement card on my lunch (45 minutes), just trying to be in and out. Had appointment time scheduled at 2:00. But apparently the rep Janice and from my understanding assistant manager didn't update her schedule and there was no communication of my appointment time. So I'm just wasting my time,it's unprofessional. I would just avoid this location until the professional level is up to par.
