    I waited in line 10 minutes to get inside and wait for another 40. The manager decided to close the bank 30 minutes early and turned away people at the door because they are understaffed. And rather than help, the manager stands by watching the two tellers work. Unbelievable.

    I came here a few minutes ago and a teller inside told me I need to wait for a customer which he getting something from his car. This is ridiculous, no one in line and I have to wait for that person to come back before getting service, I’ll never ever coming back here again so do my family and friends. Bad customer service, our time is valuable too. It’s sad

    Only one teller and the line is usually huge. Be prepared to spend at least 40 mon there!

    Went at 3:50pm on a Friday for a deposit, they said they are closing 4pm and can’t take me. Ok fine, came in at 10:45am on a Saturday and they are still not open! It says 10am on their Covid sign for Saturday and they have 6 people outside with me. They just do not want our money.

    This is the best BoA branch ever! So helpful in every way. Nancy, Jessica and the entire staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. If you have to wait in line, be patient....your turn will come and be greeted with a smiling face behind the mask.

    Hate this bank. Took out over $100K personal and over $200K on a business account and moved to Union Bank on Lyons. Today (Saturday) tried to make a deposit for another business I've had there for over thirty years. Had 16 people in front on me and 2 tellers. Never enough tellers but plenty of of suits sitting behind their desks playing games on their computers looking busy. Union bank was the best move I ever made. First name basis, no ID required as they know their customers and NEVER have to wait. Only wish I could give less than 1 star. Union Bank, I love you, B of A, you suck.

    This isn't directly related to this branch, but just BoA in general. However, I can't seem to get answers anywhere, so hopefully will have somebody reach out? Is this wishful thinking? I have been a loyal patron for both business and personal accounts. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to receive a small PPP loan, and while the process of applying initially 9 months ago was stressful in itself, the forgiveness portion has been a nightmare. When I initially applied for the loan, I submitted the same tax documents they requested for the initial application, and now when applying for forgiveness, the same documents are not adequate... how is this possible? I also submitted the documents that SBA asked for according to the SBA guidelines (paystubs, cancelled checks, etc) and this is still somehow not good enough for BoA to send to the SBA. I don't understand... do I need to sacrifice a first-born child?? I cannot emphasize how much time I wasted on the forgiveness application, and each time it gets bounced back, I get more aggravated and irritated. The bank does not make it clear exactly what I need, and I keep having to guess what BoA actually wants, resubmit the application, and have it bounced back. I have made multiple phone calls to BoA, reps supposed to call back and never did, reps not available to answer my questions. I did not take out millions of dollars and the funds received were quickly used to update office protection/PPE, rent, basic living expenses etc. I refuse to take out a 2nd round seeing as this first round has not been worth it, and honestly want to take my business possibly to a union bank. I implore this bank and all banks to DO BETTER during this time. Small businesses are already getting reamed and this bank could do more to make this less stressful.

    Just started banking for my business here. Consistently understaffed. Its 10 am on a Saturday, line out the door in the heat, and just one teller. Happens every visit. Going to try another branch in hopes of better service.

    Hate to give them even one star. Very rude management specially Assistant Vice President. Only one teller working, another one sitting on the side and 12 people waiting in the line. I try to discussed with her , She showed no interest and concern regarding customers waiting in the line and their time. Only answer she gave me was to use ATM.

    Why the one star? Because this is not the first time this happens: When there are six people in line and the bank teller decides to engage in a conversation with a client, that’s why!!! That’s not customer service. Ow when there is no one in line who cares but your branch needs a lesson on customer service. ONE TELLER and 8 people in line now!!!!!
