If I could post a zero star rating for this bank, I would. There is always a line of five or more people and there are never enough employees working. They eliminated their night drop off and their drive-through and our only option is to wait. One representative took somebody who had 15 deposits which took 25 minutes and by the time I got there to do my deposit they couldn't identify my doing business as correctly and I was forced to go to another bank that deals with my deposits on a regular basis. There is never a manager there or anyone to speak to or I would complain to them directly

I am amazed at the level of service at this branch! Jennifer helped me setup my business account today and I was so impressed with her professionalism and exceptional level of customer care. She walked me through each step, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond! Thank you Jennifer, you made my life so much easier today.
Hi Kerris. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jennifer was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^ines

the drive up atm always seems to be not working ( the touch screen unresponsive) what’s the point of advertising as a bank with an atm if it never works

I am appalled by the lack of response to my calls or texts. The bank has consistently been unresponsive and uninterested in the ordinary customer. It has made errors in withdrawing my funds to be sent as payment to other businesses. The words of their employees are positive but there is little follow through. I am very disappointed in the service of Bank of America.

Just to preface, I understand the pandemic and the complications with banking that go along with it. But, this bank has had issues long before the stay at home orders. They are understaffed at the telling stations and the people that sit behind the desks are absolutely no help at all. Raquel and Idelia are friendly and helpful, but they can’t do anything about the huge line that forms everyday. You obviously have the business to support more tellers. Get these ladies some help. I assure you your customers would be a lot happier. Or teach the people that work behind the desks how to hop back behind the telling station and support your tellers and customers better. If I didn’t have to come here daily for my employer’s deposits, I would never been banking here.

Teller was rude, customer service person was kind and tried his best. I was asking for proof of funds for a real estate purchase - a standard request but they had no idea what I was talking about and said the best they could do transaction statements. I got him to check with the manager who was no help. I can't believe this is BoA - I will have to move my funds to a different bank.

On yesterday, I arrived right at closing time. I forgot they closed at 4p. A staff was standing by the door. I asked to ask her a question through the door. She kept telling me we're closed. I finally got her to listen to me. I asked her if there was any other way for me to make a dep and she tells me yes using the mobile app. I tried to explain to her that I wasn't sure how to set it up and she told me VERY COLDLY, ma'am you would need to come back tomorrow because we are closed. I can remember YEARS AGO when my mom had an acct with these guys, they were actually nice. Now, NONE OF THE BRANCHES ANSWERS THEIR PHONES, so in order to get any questions answered, you have to go to a branch, and even then you have to make an appt. To add insult to time consumption, ALL of the branches for what I'm now told no longer has drive thru except drive thru ATM. IF I KNEW ON FRIDAY WHEN I OPENED THIS ACCT TO WHAT I KNOW NOW, I WISH THAT I HAD SEARCHED FOR ANOTHER INSTITUTION. Today I went to the branch on Nacogdoches Road to make the dep and because of the amt being dep, I was told by the teller and mgr, who are Hispanic, that none of the funds would be available until next Tuesday. When I made a call to the bank where the check came from, of course, they weren't any better. When I got back into the line, a really nice African American lady, did the transaction and she told me that there would be funds available in the morning after all. Something tells me, the other 2 people just didn't want to be bothered. 🤬

I’ve used BOA for over 30 years. The Alamo Heights branch is horrible! They are alway under staffed and I waste 30-45 minutes each visit for inside transactions. However, I also use the Boerne location and they are great and always friendly. As of recent, it seems they are all under staffed?

This and all Bank of Americas bite. There is always only one teller and a long line no matter when you come. Dont know why they took out drive thru tellers. Everytime I have to come here, because work uses the bank, I dread it. Getting bitten up by a mound of fire ants is better than coming to B of A. I dont blame the staff.
