    Bank of amarica will not cash there own cashers checks if you don't have a bank account with them. Very rude I can not believe a bank does not cash there own counter checks.

    Is yelling and pointing fingers at your customer something that Bank of America wants to be known for? If so, then it will be! I wish I had recorded the whole thing and I will remember to next time Justin does that again. However, I was treated so poorly, I will not come back to this location. After my experience with this location, I am thinking to move my business to another bank. There is Chase, BECU, Heritage bank, etc. lots of options for me to choose from. Justin did not politely ask me to deposit money using the night drop. Instead, the first words that came out of his mouth were, “Lady, you can’t do that. You can’t deposits that many cash deposits!!” while pointing fingers at me with angry eyes. If I were to bow down to this disrespect, I am essentially telling him that his behavior is okay. It is not. He didn’t politely explain something or make a request; he was immediately rude and pointing fingers at me. I’ve been doing business with BOA for a very long time. You can’t turn away businesses and forcefully ask me to do something else because there is a line. I waited in line like everyone else. I recommend avoiding this location as it has poor leadership who treats valuable customers as an inconvenience.

    I have never reviewed a bank location since usually they are all pretty uniform in service but my goodness, this place is terrible. I have never gone in there and had a good experience, they treat people terribly as others have said. Just straight up rude.

    A BOA customer for 10 years here. I was wrongfully charged by a merchant & BOA sent me on wild goose chases to avoid dealing with the liability themselves. Once I have wasted countless hours & agonized myself a great deal, they point blank refused to help me at all. Despite the fact that I had been a loyal customer for a decade; the first time I needed help from them - they didn't do anything. Although pretty much every associate from BoA was unhelpful, Jason from this particular branch was happy to let me go as a customer. I am going to close my accounts with them & take my business to banks where customers aren't the last priority. I would recommend everyone else to do so as well.

    This is for the Branch Manager Mr. Justin Dao. We entered the bank at very last 15 minutes and wanted him to help on us on an issue. At first he showed his hesitancy due to the sitting members in the meetings but took care of us by made room upon our urgent need. He showed great respect, welcoming. friendly, and above all patience. I highly advise looking for Justin. He is a great triage and will probably serve you with the best outstanding service just like he offered us.

    I highly recommend scheduling your time with Izzat Magriso. He is one of a go to person for any needs. I met him for my 16 year old who opened his first account at BOA. He gave ample time and took care of all of our requests. Extremely respectful, considerate, loves his work, and we were happy with him. He walked him smoothly through all online setups and educated him well. As of today we have no questions left unanswered. I think just like me if you get good service send your kudos to lift the right people. Especially who make your day like Izzat. COVID has forced all of us to think differently. If I could I will assign him to my son and myself as our lifetime personal banker whom we can connect remotely and solve our concerns online. Hope my reviews make your day too.

    If you ever want to experience a heart attack just go to this location. Always one person working doesn’t matter the time- the line is always out the door. You wait 30-40 minutes just for it to be your turn. What really grinds my gears is when they make you feel like you are a burden because you have more than a few deposits or whatever it may be. Well sorry if the line didn’t take 40 mins each time i would have more time on my hands to come more often!!!!! Have more people working it’s insane!!!

    Pretty good experiences through the drive through! Love this drive through. Two ATMs, one close to the building and one further away. I used the one closer to the building and noticed it is a bit higher than normal. So, if you’re in a big truck, it is easy to reach. The screen and buttons are huge and easy to use.

    Over a year in the making. How completely terrible and unprofessional this branch has become over the last year. Taking our money elsewhere and not looking back after almost a decade. If i did not experience this myself first hand, i would have a hard time believing this level of incompetence and of unprofessional attitudes would exist in a bank with this name for this long. Never ending wait in drive through all the time. After 20 minutes waiting with 6 other cars, 3 of us decided to go in. Talked to the manager and all he had to say was were phasing out the drive up (one of the best assets of this branch) and dont commit to it like in the past. REALLY!! He goes on to say its really "unmanned" and not really monitored. Again, REALLY? The wait continues inside. Another 15 minutes with a line of over 13 people. Not many happy people in the crowd. Again, spoke to the manager about getting more tellers to come up. He literally laughed and said "thats what we have" while several seemed to be in the backround doing other things. Told them if you dont care about the drive through why not shut the open sign off. Again they literally laughed and said its closing down soon (not sure what that has to do with today) and walked away. Will make sure all i know are aware of this.

    I went to my branch to close out a safe deposit box that they now charge for (used to be free) and was told that will take an appointment and no one is available all day. I’m now out of state and their website says nothing about needing an appointment for this. Service is dead at BoA. They have cut staff and are pushing everything to their ATM and app so they can save a buck. Thanks BoA. You just lost a customer 20+ year customer.
