We came to this Bank of America in battleground deposited a check it cleared and then got taken back being put on hold no one can tell us why this happened. The client who gave us the check says it cleared on her end. So why the hold????customer service is really bad at this branch. Rich is supposed to be the manager here to help but all he does is send you on a phone in his office to call customer service . I don't get it. So disappointing because we've been with b of a for a long time and because of this branch we are ready to find a new bank

    Response from the owner

Hi Leticia, we're very sorry to hear of your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. We'll be sure to provide this feedback to the leadership of that location. While there are various factors involved when determining the need for a Deposit Hold, we'd be more than happy to connect with you and further review your specific situation. I carry my mortgage, personal line of credit, personal loan, Alaska Airline/ B of A VISA, 4 checking accounts for self and family, and 3 savings accounts for self and family. I use ATM's and On-Line banking the vast majority of the time. Today at 11:45 AM Pacific time I simply called my local branch with a brief question about a fee on my son's savings account. I called once and was disconnected. I called again, hit 4 to speak to local rep, and held for about 5 minutes. A man answered identifying himself as Rich, I explained my question to Rich and asked him if he could please help me. He quickly responded that he would get customer service to help me, he did not even wait for a response, and rudely placed me on hold again, where I waited for another 15 minutes to get a person in Richmond, VA. I don't ask for much help from my local branch very often. They get tons of my money for little or no effort... Their technology does it all.... The one time I need a little local love and support, the branch manager ( I learned after reading other similar Google Reviews) blows me off. Clearly I need to take my money, direct deposits, credit score, accounts, and loyalty somewhere else, where it might be appreciated in some small measure..... Sad but true!

BofA worst bank for customers and employees. Everything is for its bottom line. Example just before the pandemic BofA closed lots of drive thrus that could have been reopened for the safety of its employees and customers. Instead BofA closed branches temporarily and permanently and blames customer service on pandemic.

    Response from the owner

Horrible. Only one teller working with many people in line. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a check cashed. To make matters worse, the manager told people who were waiting outside to go inside because the building had the capacity for 23 people. Makes no sense during the COVID-19 pandemic

I have never actually been in this bank, but I bank here. I have many bad experiences with many banks! They actually waived my banking fees for 6 months because of a hardship...so I was happy they actually listened to me...and saved me $72 over the next 6 months....better them most banks. Plus they have a drive through, and a outside bank atm

BOA as a financial institution, is THE WORST PLACE for your banking. I swear what they do is Fraudulent. YOU CAN'T EVER reach anyone at the bank and when they tell you a representative will call you they don't. I spend just as much, if not more time fighting this corporation for their massive mishaps as I do working. Save yourself the headache and choose another bank. BOA has a long history and a ton of complaints for the same thing.

I have been banking here since they opened. I have never had a problem. The people are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have multiple BofA accounts and I am not likely to change. Highly recommend this bank. WARNING: Not a good place for occupy hippies to bank as you must have money to have an account!

I've always had a good experience inside the branch at Bank of America in Battle Ground. The people are very kind and helpful, and they treat me with the same respect on transactions big and small.

Over all always have great experience at the BG branch of BoA. During our last visit Michael was extremely helpful by providing advice and helping us out with our banking needs. 5 star service.
