Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Colonial Dr, Orlando

Extremely slow service, get ready to wait an hour in line. 2 tellers extremely slow service this is the worst. About to switch my bank!!!!

This is by far the worst bank of America I have ever been to ever. There is no point in this place even being open they are that useless. Valentina the cashier today literally just wasted half of my day by not telling me the first time a manager could clear my funds. Don't even waste your time going to this location. If I could give negative stars I most definitely would.

I don't understand why this center has such a low rating. I received excellent customer service. From the moment we walked in we we're greeted by Nicolas, very friendly and professional. We're on vacation and I found some unknown transactions on my account. We waited for about 25 minutes and Rodrigo assisted us with a replacement card. He was very helpful and professional. I wish there were more associates like him back in our hometown.

If you’re in a hurry do not go there, You will spend at least 35 in line. Most of the time they have one teller working Slow slow Slow. 👎🏾 .

How is it that this is the only location in the area and its only open 4 days a week and the hours aren't put on the door? Is it that hard to let your customers know hours and days of operation changes when it's literally the only bank in the area to serve the community....your customers have to basically go out of their area to even make it to a bank and wait long periods of time. Year after year I feel like bank of America is just getting sadder and sadder when it comes to customers care.🤷‍♂️

Went to Bank of America and made a large withdrawal instead of the teller placing my funds in an envelope she just handed me the money Did not even ask. Other locations they are more courteous this location is certainly a very ghetto location and you get that from the tellers. No form of customer service and obviously it starts at the top.

If there is less than one star I’ll give 0 star. I was there for my appointment for my business account and while I was waiting I asked one of the bankers for the restroom and her name was Melissa. She told me oh the restroom is not working. I felt that she just said it for no reason for me not to use it. Few minutes later I asked one of the guys and he showed me where to go use it. After me another customer asked another banker and he told her where to go use it. I don’t know what’s her problem to not say where is it and claim that it’s not working. It was perfectly working I used it other people did too. This is not how you treat a Custumer

Nice branch but parking is a pain.

Just stood in line for 30 mins. There was only 1 teller working while other workers were walking around. There was about 20 ppl waiting in line along me to be serviced.

No drive thru tellers. Slow service with inside tellers. They should have kept their old location, this one is a pain.
