Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I try to do most of my banking online because I just CAN NOT stand their people and customer service skills. Every time I go into the branch there is about 20 people in line and there’s only 2 tellers while the other “Hot Shots” are just walking around thinking they are above everyone in the room! And to top it off they are still using the lame excuse of COVID-19 for being short staff. Ridiculous…….

One of the managers was the only person open to processing transactions behind the teller window with 10 people waiting in line. I kid you not, 10 people waiting. Not only that once I got to her window she had this very condescending and passive aggressive behavior which is very unprofessional for a bank manager. Talking down to a customer like myself as if I’m stupid. To top it off she was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic about her actions or lack thereof. Beyond terrible “service.”

My name is Richard Cano & I’m leaving this review to Mr.Alan he was my banker for today around 2:30pm I went into this branch I like how they had everything nice an clean. I went in looking to apply for a Secure Credit card, Mr.Alan was very friendly / very professional and over all he just had an outstanding customer service. He understand my needs an guidedme to the right path with the best suggestions he had. I was out of there with a blink of an eye!! I will definitely go to him next time for my personal banking / business needs. Thank you again Alan Guitterez!!

My dad banks here so that should kind of tell you what it’s like here. He comes in to talk to a real person, loves the chit chat over a deposit slip. As for me, yeah nice people. I don’t bank here I use a thing called the internet. I can do all my banking using my phone but dad loves to chat with the people.

I went in with a $20 bill and asked for quarters. The lady asked if I had an account. When I said "no", she said she would give me quarters this one time and I would need an account for future quarters. Seriously???? I'll be taking my $20 elsewhere next time. I just tried calling and you can't even get out of the automated system to talk to someone unless you have an account number. Bad customer service.

Super lazy staff. Been waiting for a week now to get a call-back regarding a line of credit for my business, and nobody has called. Gave me a business card to the rep and the number is out of service. Third time telling them today that I need a call back asap, but now I'm just going with a third party lender. They blew it.

Terrible customer service. I went in to open an account. No one was there to greet me. After 15 minutes someone finally acknowledged my presence and said someone will help me shortly. After another 20 minutes they said their system was shutting down and I'd have to come back another day. Complained on website and weeks later still haven't heard back.

I weant there to ask a question regarding my credit card and I need a letter from the bank the lady letterly said "CHECK ONLINE" I was like k, can you give me print out she took so long and star blaming the computer is taking long. I have Bank of America for long time I have been around diffrent bank but never seen a bad service.

I had a wonderful experience at this BofA. I worked with Melissa Macias from the Small Business side of things. She is very helpful and nice. I bet she'll find her way to upper management given her aptitude.

The worst customer service of any bank I have ever been to in 50 years.
