Holy cow. I’m not sure how Joshua is a manager here, him and Hugo are just terrible. No empathy shown for a customer who waited 30+ minutes.

New account holder here. I was stuck in line for about a half hour today. 15 people lined up behind me at one point, and ONE teller was all they had to process these customers. HORRIBLE staffing problems here. Can management not SEE that folks are waiting and waiting to get service???

Everyplace you go these days has a line right? Some lines are faster than others, depending on where you are and what the service is you're getting. So, the name of the game now is safety and patience. You don't want to put your health or the health of your family at home in jeopardy, by trying to bypass the safety measures put in place to keep us all from getting or spreading this thing. So for me, standing 6 feet away from somebody and covering my face to get my business done is simply par for the course; it's just where we are right now. And getting angry and frustrated only makes things worse. I still have to take care of my banking and the sooner I get this over with, the sooner it'll be over (at least for this visit). This line doesn't tend to move continuously, but when it does move 6 or 7 people move up at a time. So, the progress is swift. I usually open up an app on my phone, or say a prayer to the Lord God, or just engage in old-fashoned people watching. The scenery here is nice, comparatively speaking, and once the transition is made to the inside, another teller may be able to handle the transaction (depending on what it is) without the need to go to the window or wait in the line any further. Hang in there y'all. We can do this.

No offense to the staff here, but this is a pretty terrible branch to go to, especially if you need to go inside the bank. Avoid it at all costs and use the drive thru or machine outside. Unfortunately, a lot of the customers here seem to not know that a lot of the services they’re trying to do can probably be done on the mobile app, or at the atm. I’m not a member, so I need to come here to deposit my rent (I live in another county from my landlord and can’t use Zelle). Sometimes they have staff come out to the line and direct people to the machines if they can, but it’s pretty hit or miss. I was in line for almost 50 minutes this last time. I would find another location to go to if you absolutely need to go inside the bank for help.

We have almost 50 people in line with 2 tellers can service get any better here, 5 other bank of america employees walking around asking people what they are here for and if they can help. I told them they can get behind the glass and help the line start moving.

3 tellers, but one is for merchants. Why doesn't one of the other 6 or so employees sitting at desks without customers come and help for a bit while the line isn't moving. You're stuck for a long time if one customer does a lengthy transaction . Chino hills branch is nice and processes transactions much quicker. Only reason I'm here in line is I may not make it to c.h. branch before closing. The slow lines seem the rule, not the exception.

I do not recommend this location. I was adding money to my escrow account and they questioned me saying I didn’t open it in person which I did and that should have been in their computer system. They claimed the file they had didn’t have a signature. Not my problem their people didn’t do their job. They made me feel unwelcome and acted like I was lieing because my license even though had the expired date was extended due to Covid by the DMV. I’m never going back there!

Horrible customer service. I was there today to do some credit card transactions. Tania with a "Relationship manager title"was supposed to help me. First I had to explained to her what she needed to do. She tried to convince me i needed to do something else. Which of course I eventually clarified and explained to her, since she was clue less. After that she was in a rush to leave so she kept on telling me I could call my self an 800 number after waiting about 30 minutes. I got upset and told her I will do it since she was not interested in helping me and in a hurry to leave. She was also rude to one of her coworkers which I felt sorry for. I know i could call customer service. The reason i went is because I like to ask questions in general and i most likely end up doing more transactions at the same time. That is how you do business. I can forgive the locked of knowledge, but not the poor customer service...Very disappointed!!!!

Don't know if you get new bills or the old ones some stores refused to take. Like baco del rio will not take old hundreds only blue ones!

Poor customer service and they don't care how customers are treated. Important info is often kept from me and I find out later.
