"Welcome to Bank of America where we don't give you your money!" Was traveling and stopped here to do a cash advance on my ATM from another bank as I also had a Bank of America account, was informed that my BOA account had been closed due to inactivity for which I had received no notice. They would not reopen my account or meet with me to resolve the issue or open a new account and told me I would need to wait six weeks to utilize the cash advance option after resolving the account issue. My son who was with us also has an account here and has for years. They would not cash a check if we wrote it to him because the amount exceeded the amount in his account and he would have to wait 48 hours to withdraw the funds. Next they told us we could go outside and use the ATM machines and bounce from one ATM machine to the other across Tucson to take out the amount we needed. Total BS. Well, we drove down the street to the Chase bank where we have NO account and were greeted with a smile by a nice teller that said "No problem" and gave us our money. Now the lesson learned here is that this particular location was rude, inconsiderate and they did not care in the least to help us. Never been treated so badly by a banking institution. The teller took great joy in making us miserable. I will not be reactivating my account and my son and I will be switching to Chase bank where they appreciate their customers and have no issues conducting every day transactions. Would give this location less than one star if it was possible.

Horribly slow. The one star reviews are correct on that. Twenty people in line and only two tellers. The loan or bank manager couldn't open a window? So, a 15 or 20 min in line wait. The tellers seemed nice enough. The bank was not as clean/organized as it could've been. That could have been because of the amount of customers waiting in line. It was very cramped because of the amount of customers waiting. The signs of the bank needs touching up. I drove right passed this hole in the wall bank because I couldn't see the signs.

I wasted gas, time and effort to inquire about cashing a check here, since no one is available to speak with over the phone. I was left to believe that they were going to cash me out when the teller asked me to endorse my check. Then they said that my I'd was expired. Don't let them tell you you need to endorse your check unless they can confirm with everyone in the building that they will in fact cash it. Later I found an independent place to cash the check but they needed to see me sign in front of them. Thanks Bof A

initially i went to cash a check i didn't have a bofa account than i spoke to silvia .she was delightful and asked me questions to get to know me and my financial circumstance. she was able to refer me to a financial advisor ,she helped me create a life plan as well open a checking account . i will definitely return to campbell and irvington see silvia . If you had a no star rating 100% of people would of used that. This bank is a joke spend hours and hours trying to call and reach them during bank hours can’t simply pick up and say extremely busy or nothing. This bank deserves to be bankrupt

Worst service ever. There is only ever one bank teller available and they make you wait outside. Do not come to this Bank of America.

Personally I don't bank with B of A. I just go to this location because it's by my house. And I don't get charged a fee to use this atm with one of my cards. I will say this, the drive up atm is sometimes a bit of a hassle to use. I think they are too close to each other. So your either stuck waiting for the first car to finish cuz the car behind you is too close you can't reverse to leave. And if the front atm is available you would have to go forward then reverse to meet the atm or wait till the person finished just to pull up to the front one. If the front atm isn't available then be prepared to stretch, open your door or hang out your window in order to reach it. They are in a spot that makes it hard to turn so you can't get close to it. I'm always worried about getting hit in this location. It's such a bad set up.

This branch is one if not the busiest in south Tucson and they always have two tellers working. Today Thanksgiving Eve they only have one person in the front and four employees on the desk and neither of them can go and help in the cashier position. Everybody is coming before they close why on a day they know is busy they choose to make us wait a longer time than usual. They really need to open more windows everyday and more so on a holiday weekend.

1 star was the lowest I could give. I would give no stars if I could. I try to avoid this location by any means, with that said, it's close to work so at times I have to go in. Every single time I've gone to this location, it's always the same. Long lines and no tellers. The employees all seem lost and confused. Do yourself a favor and stay away form BofA, if you absolutely have to go to a BofA, stay clear of this location.

The wakest employees of this establishment its not the actual bank people its the employees that this location needs to do a full sweep to get a new set of employees starting with the so called manager so this location gets better reviews bank of america is wak when it comes to customer service. but for u to miss a payment or something going on with the bank itself cause they make there issues number 1 and the person putting $ in this bank they dont even care im putting money were they care about the customer wells fargo or chase for sure
