The facility here is always clean with hand sanitizers everywhere. Lines move pretty quick and everyone has a positive attitude asking how can they help and was everything okay. Great location!
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^ ines

I wish there were 0 stars. This place really disappointed me Arcelis the Vice President of this BOA location didn't fail to disappoint. I came to this location to get 1 piece of paper notarized. She looked at the paper, read it, stated it was good, we just need to make sure the paper was filled out. She had a messenger come back and forth telling us what she wanted us to do before she can think about notarizing it. We then filled out the paper in a rush as if the world was ending and then I handed it back to the messenger (or, the person walking the whole floor?) Not sure what her title was. After 30-45 minutes of waiting she ended up not notarizing the paper....... All I asked for was inform us of what you needed (in this case, the person that needed to sign with me did not bank with BOA), out of courtesy, when she looked at the paper Arcelis could've AT LEAST ask us "Does, your mom (the person who needed to sign the paper) bank with us?" Instead, her snobby-ness took over and didn't even want to speak with us. Hence, why she was sending the messenger back and forth...... Arcelis, once again, if you had the time and energy to speak with your messenger why couldn't you take the 3 second out of your day to speak with US. TERRIBLE..... Makes me want to close all of my account and bank somewhere else. I've been with BOA for 7 years and it's disappointing a vice president can act like this towards their customers.. Wow, you move up in rank and act like you don't care anymore? Terrible.

Visited this place twice with my mother. Absolutely mobbed both instances. Tellers overwhelmed and other Bank representatives also stretched way too thin. Despite having an appointment, still had long wait times. Upon speaking to representatives regarding transferring funds out of dearly departed step-fathers account, it is blatantly obvious that this institution is working on completely different wave lengths. Estate Services apparently is a separate group, yet they want you to work through representatives on site. Representatives on site have absolutely no idea what they're supposed to be doing. This has been ongoing for almost two months and is no closer to resolution as the day it began. My mother is wife, executor has all legal documents on hand...There is absolutely nothing complex here, other than dealing with an inept organization. Through this process, both the surrogates office and the revenue department mentioned that they are aware of the difficulties everyone has in working with BoA on estate. Once (and if) this is ever finalized, I will be immediately removing all funds from this Bank and moving to TD. Avoid at all costs.

Aretha was very rude. I did not have a good experience at this bank. Hopefully the other employees are kinder and at least act like the want to help the customer.

Anytime I go there, I have to wait for minimum 20 to 25 mins to just get to a simple transaction such as cash withdraw. Very poor customer service.

We are a company that has been doing business with Bank of America for many years. It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing when one considers the long the waits that customers are expected to endure for basic teller services such as deposits. Today there was a line of around 18 people waiting outside the bank 15 minutes prior to their open . When they opened at 10:00 am there where only 2 teller working and it took us around 30 minutes to cash a check. At one point the branch manager pulled one of the two tellers away to help her do something else. One would think that the two managers would help the tellers out instead of pulling one of the two tellers away! By the time I left the bank there was a line of at least 25 people outside, which is truly ridiculous!

Bank of America should open more of their branches during this pandemic and not furlough as many employees. They had only TWO tellers at one of the only branches open for MILES so the line was out the door and all around the parking area. They did not care how long people were waiting. Also, OPEN AT 9 or earlier. Extend the hours of the few branches you have left open. It is bad enough you closed way too many branches but those you do keep open you are not opening until 10 and for those of us blessed to still have a job-we are at work. Another reason that Saturdays are so crowded. Bank of America should also realize more people have to be accessing Bank of America with the need to get the cash from the government debit cards. Then the branch manager had the audacity to say all her employees were home sick and that is a blatant lie. Bank of America is using this pandemic as an excuse to save money and has cut the hours and furloughed people so the few left working are dispersed to the open branches and not enough are working. Bank of America may be trying to get everyone to use their ATM's or phones instead of in person banking as a long term change and that is not right either.

Friday Feb 21,2020. One teller behind the counter. Waited 45 minutes to make a certified check. And there is 3 people walking around asking people to use the atm when everyone is either making a large deposit, or a large withdrawal or cashing a check. I think if they put one of those 3 people behind the counter to help the only teller they have a would make more sense. But hey that’s just me.

Every time I go into this bank there is an issue. Let's start with there are never enough employees and you have to wait a long time to get any assistance. Today I went in to pick up a temporary debit card and had to wait 45 mins to see someone. When I finally did Lisa took my drivers license and said she needed to verify my account. First she wanted to send a text message code to my phone which the battery was about to die so I asked if there was another option. As a bank employee she has an obligation to explain to the customer what is needed. Instead she put the client declined and did not explain there was three questions needed to verify the account and that it could possibly be locked out. If I had all the information I would've plug the phone into my car and authorize the code or found a different way. Next she wanted to know a recent charge on my account. I use it a lot & said I wasn't positive maybe Quick check but could find out if there wasn't another way to verify. Well in a rush she clicked something else on her computer and it locked the account preventing me from getting a temporary debit card and telling me I had to return. Then she called over Ashley to help her figure out why the account was locked and explain she went ahead and entered information without confirming with me first which caused the lock out. Ashley then explained I would need to return because there was no way to get in for 24 hours . With three kids this is a huge inconvenience and I need to have access to my bank account . Instead of trying to figure out a solution for Lisa's error or offering to send by mail next day a card at no charge they just acted like it was no big deal because they took it upon themselves to enter the wrong information instead of taking the time and doing their job to explain to a customer how the process worked of getting me a new debit card . I'm thinking it's about time to close my accounts after over 10 years. I have also reached out to Bank of Americas corporate office & the BBB.
