    I love this bank. Been a customer for over 10 years. Every teller and associate and bank manager are always pleasant and always very helpful. Never had a problem with the bank.

    Stood in line for 33 minutes while 1 of 3 tellers helped customers. Finally got to the window and Maryann was very rude. She should be removed from her position until she learns basic customer service skills. Worst bank I’ve ever been to and I will not return. Clearly they do not care about the customer.

    Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As usual with Bank of America there are 4 or 5 windows and only 1 or 2 tellers working but there's always the one person who's out in the lobby strolling around telling the line of waiting customers that it won't be a long wait and someone should be right with you. Well, go and help her instead of greeting me! I would gladly forgo the pleasantries for quicker service! I've never walked into a BOA and didn't have to wait in a line. When I lived in Bordentown it wasn't unusual for them to have only 1 teller working and sometimes you just have to visit the branch to get something done that can't be done online.

    Due to business hours, I am restricted to the time I can go to the branch. Very few times has it ever been quick. They seem understaffed, and when a long line develops, no additional help steps up to assist, though you will be asked "What brings you in today" or see other employees gathered and talking as you wait. 2 times I attempted to deposit today, 2 failures. Rethinking my business banking needs. What ever happened to the "Business Window" anyway? The tellers are nice people, just not enough of them.

    I went to the drive-thru with a very simple deposit. I sat there for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and that was after I called the teller three times. Meanwhile there was a line of cars piling up behind me. I think they're missing the point of the drive-through! I agree with the other reviewer who felt that they were understaffed. Or perhaps they're under-worked. If they were unable to staff the drive-thru window, they should have turned the light to red. I would have been happier to go inside instead of wondering if my check had been lost in the suction tube!!

    I have been using BOA for many years and my overall experience has been satisfactory. Most recently, I visited BoA branch (Oxford Valley, Fairless Hills) to do a banking transaction, which required the assistance of the relationship manager and branch manager. Both were exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and professional! They provided the required service and were able to address all my questions and inquires in the best way possible! They maintained the same level professionalism on my follow up visit the next day to mitigate an unforeseen issue on my part! For customer satisfaction I give you Thumbs Up and Thank you!

    Quick easy place to handle financial needs. I love the stand alone drive thru kiosks. The newer ones gives you a choice of bil denominations, no longer just have to get all $20 dollar bills.

    They should change their name to "Worst Bank of America". Horrible customer service, excessive account fees. Went in to inquire about a refinance on my mortgage. My mortgage was sold to BofA a few years ago. Waited an hour to sit down with a "mortgage professional". Finally got to sit down with someone, she picked up the phone on speaker and dialed the corporate lending number available on the main website. She sat there with her hands crossed while I wasted my time with an operator over the phone. I could have stayed home and made the call myself. I was emailed a ridiculously high refi quote a day later(over $4k closing costs @5%). Went to my local bank and sat down with an actual loan adviser. Wound up with a refi for less than $1200 closing costs and 2.9%. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Just another company that makes its profits off of the ignorance of the people it services.

    Went to the indoor atm while the branch was open to deposit cash quickly. The atm started beeping and the manager was on the phone. After several minutes of me looking around confused, the lady on the phone told a teller to come over. She said they couldnt help me get my money back and i had to call a 1-800 #. I asked them to call since they witnessed the machine steal my money but they were very rude about it as it was my husbands account and not a joint account so they refused to help me even tho they saw me use their atm. They didnt even post an out of order sign after it happened. One night the atm in drive thru stole my card. I waited 40mins and it spit it out randomly. Had i drove off, who knows who would have found our card! The bank also had a practice of charging overdraft fees for processing transactions that havent even posted yet! One company accidentally charged me 2x for a purchase and it showed both processing transactions. I had enough to cover the transaction only once so it showed my balance as negative even though The transactions were processing for nearly a week. One fell off and the other posted and cleared and the account should have had $6. Instead i was hit with a $35 overdraft fee n a 5 day extended overdaft fee for processing transactions. So my account was -$63 all because of their overdraft practices. My entire family is closing all BOA accounts. I paid all my bills and left $1.06 in my account. I know my car insurance is gonna come out and had cash to deposit to cover it i check the app last night n the balance was $1.06. Today, i see the car insurance is processing under yesterdays date even tho it didnt show up til today. And of course, there is the overdraft fee. I bothered my husband at work to call the bank and ask them to reverse the fee since it just became negative and we should have the chance to make the deposit before the end of the business day and the bank refused. Worse expeirences ever with any bank!
