Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Post Rd, Fairfield

The only good thing I can say about my experience here is that the security guard outside was nice. I recently changed my name and dedicated an afternoon to updating it at all my banks. This Bank of America was the only one that wouldn't let me do it on a walk-in. As soon as I walked in a lady told me I needed an appointment, or I could do it from the app. Then she went on in an unfriendly tone to add that everyone was busy and it was 20 minutes before closing. Gee sorry I didn't know "open until 4" actually means open until 3:40, and you won't help me do a simple task that only took the other three banks 10 minutes.

My teller, Noreen, was wonderful, friendly and very fast. The poor review is because when I pulled in, I took a minute in my car to recount my deposit before going in - this prompted the security guard on duty to walk across the parking lot, stand at my passenger door and start to peek inside my car and watch me count my cash. As soon as I went inside the bank, they returned to their post at the door. Speak to your employee, BoA. That kind of behavior is uncalled for, especially when you charge fees to bank with you in the first place

Seems like every time i come there is some different issue. Im here now and computer is down...last time a staff member was sick and the teller line was out the door. Its been 15 minutes already and still waiting for a certified check. No line today, just waiting on computer system to reboot...

On July 6th 2021, I had to wait an exceptionally long time. As there was only one teller available.

Tried to stop at the ATM and the parking attendant told me to leave and was extremely rude. Tried reasoning with her but got defensive and out of control.
