Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Calimesa Blvd, Calimesa

This place is closed more than it's open! The other Bank of America in yucaipa is the same way?! Chase has been open even through the Pandemic along with Wells Fargo.Bank of America has no more than 5 associates working at any time of day which tells me upper Management has their Head buried in the Sand!If you care about your customers like you say you do you need to get this Fixed,Stop blaming it on COVID and do a Better job

Took my elderly neighbor there so she could get some blank checks and it was way past opening time and there were no staff, doors were locked & a number of people were standing in line outside without any bank staff having communicated what the situation was. There was no notice on the door saying they were closed for whatever reason. Very frustrating!! Came back today & once again there was no sign saying they were closed. A lady outside said they were closed for 3 weeks. How she knew that is a mystery. Bad customer service!!!!! Ca

Worthless beyond belief!!! If I could post a negative 5 stars or more I would. BovA the bank that I love to hate. I'm sure that they think that they are doing us a great service during these challenging times. I'm sure that they would give themselves 5 stars. Maybe they should move their operations to Afghanistan. It feels like the Taliban are already running their business.

ATM's are often not working properly. I’m updating this from 2 stars to 1, I’d go lower but that’s not an option. They really need to update the drive thru ATMs. IF they’re working, many times the touchscreen glitches which makes any transaction impossible. Other times, you’ll see a message that’s one is out of order leaving a long line of cars to have to line up for 1 working ATM. Sometimes I chose to go to the indoor ATM under those circumstances and 3 times, that one is out of service as well. I’ve wasted enough time and am switching to a bank that maintains it’s machines.

This bank sucks. Went there 15 mins before the closed and they denied me to start up a bank account, even though i was sitting there waiting to be helped way before they closed. Starting up an account does not take long. They were just lazy. Definitely would not recommend this bank.

If I can give a negative -10 rating boom! No structure, tellers are rude, lack of training, and extremely lazy.In NEED of new staff with customer service experience.

They shouldn't ask what you're doing while waiting in line they should assist the other two tellers and make things move more efficiently that way just sayin.

I have used this Bank of America branch many times over the years. I have always received prompt, professional services here.

The staff members are friendly and corporate offers some good customer service options.

They refuse to deposit check for trust accounts at this location.
