First time in this building, these guys are 0 helping customers, I went there for a simple task, one guy did not even let me finish talking and telling me that it’s not possible to do so, not even check on system just refuse to attend me, next day I called and in less than 2 min the call phone agent resolved my question. Very very bad service in this location!!!

I had a bad experience in the service, I wanted information to open a business account, I waited an hour and a half for them to attend me, in the end they gave the turn to another person, they do not have a way to control the attendance of the service of whoever arrives first

The people who works in bank of America and this branch are the best and respectful people. This one star is for Bank of America. The worst management for banking in the world. If you want to experience head ache and always be on the phone to solve you problems, go and open an account with them. They don’t care to any service and they just want to show you the heaven way to open an account and never support you after that. They easily and simply going to block or close your account exactly when you have money in it with out explanation and sending a mail after couple days and asking for ridiculous document that they had from before like social card or driving license which you gave them the first day. They never block your account when you don’t have money. They just do it when the account is full until solving their problem. I never experience happy things with them. Recently They open credit card for me after begging me several time and they close it for nothing when the account was full and with out caring that closing account could ruin my credit score. I am not fan of writing review and it should be very hard that I am writing review for someone. It is about 3 weeks and more than 3 hours talking for solving one small problem(asking for social card copy which they had it ) and finally they closed my account. The only reason I am still working with bank of America is because of the nice people in this branch. Defiantly I will transfer all my accounts to another bank. It was not my first bad experience with them so this review is after many similar things happen to me from them. Avoid working with bank of America if you are not looking for head ache. They have very low level management and you are alone after opening the account. You are just happy the first day

RUDE SERVICE! I've been banking with Bank of America for 3 years and this is usually my go-to branch but as of lately the employees have been extremely rude. I came in yesterday to try to cash a business check and I told the teller that I don't have a business checking account yet. Instead of asking "Would you like to open one today?" She begins to lecture me and continue to ask for an account that I DO NOT HAVE. I was so frustrated with the experience that I stormed out and went to the CANOGA BANK OF AMERICA BRANCH. There I was assisted by a friendly employee and I have an appointment on Tuesday to open my business account. So whoever the Brunette woman working the Handicap Accessible window on 8/25 at 12PM is, she lost a customer and commission.

Bank of America is horrible. The worst service. They need to put more employees. I waited 3 hours 45 minutes to be served

Came to this branch today 01/06/21 and talked to a banker to cancel a cashier's check and issue a new one. She told me I needed to wait in line, I then went to the line and after 27 minutes got to the teller line. There the lady who seemed like to be in charge rudingly told me that I need to go see a banker and when I told him what just happened she told me I didn't say what I needed correctly. I asked her to please refer me to a banker and then she said "No, she can't" and I had to go back wait for a banker. I then waited for a banker for 20 minutes and no they all seemed to be busy with their computers and I left.

Full disclosure: the one time I went here was to close my checking account. That being said, I was having such a positive experience that I was seriously rethinking my decision. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. One man even offered to delay his lunch break to help me. The wait was minimal. I was most impressed with the woman who greets customers--she seemed to know all the customers waiting in line, and she was just so warm and welcoming, even to an account-closer like me. This is the most pleasant bank branch, period, I have ever visited.
