Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Boston Post Rd, Orange

This used to be a great bank! We can’t keep blaming Covid for everything & trying to force people to do their banking online isn’t going to work! This is one of my experiences from one month ago: Approaching the bank, people were driving away & elderly people were standing outside in the cold. The doors were locked! A customer inside opened the door & let my 92 year old mother, myself & other customers in. We were told by a bank employee that customers could not be seen at the desk. I sat my mother down & waited in line. After 20 minutes the same bank employee approached the people in line & asked what we were there for. I told her that my Mom was renewing a CD. She told me that I had to make an appointment & come back another time. Quite frankly, I think I asked her if she lost her mind. 😳 She proceeded to argue with me that I could not be seen. Apparently, she wasn’t doing anything else. After a customer left, a different desk employee approached me & said that she could help me. She did & we renewed the CD for only one month. That would be for today & the bank is closed! Other branches are closed as well. Time to switch to another bank if things don’t change quickly!

The WORST bank! They only have 1 teller 9/10 and the other managers or whatever just sit in the back. Lines are out the door while continuing to only have ONE person. Ridiculous. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes and still not have not been assisted. What a shame. ** I can’t respond to the comment below. I’d never personally bank with BOA. I only go there on behalf my my job to drop off deposits & get change for the store! Each time this is the same issue.

Always a line and a 20+ min wait. Tellers are very slow and management clearly needs to add more. They are making it easy to consider the switch to Peoples Bank down the street where there are drive by tellers and more help in the bank.

I waited 30 -45 minutes for the manager to help me but she did not help me.. every time I go to this branch I get nothing I asked him first leave they don’t have any I asked them for other things of information they’re not available but they’re waiting is unbelievable. I’m never walking into that branch again. Makes me want to move my account to another bank. Worst branch ever ever the manager was rude .what a Messed up person she is .

This is my first time at this particular BOA branch and it will be my last. Awful customer service! First, no drive up teller. Ok I walk inside. There is ONE teller handling customer banking transactions. I have already been waiting for 15 minutes before I decided to write this review. There are 9 people waiting in line and the teller is demonstrating 0 hustle. The bank manager is at her desk avoiding eye contact with customers waiting in line. OMG after nearly 20 minutes of standing in line a second teller finally came up front. Unbelievable! BOA major fail!

Not to happy with this bank anymore. I wanted to deposit cash into my son's Account and they told me that I can't deposit money into his account and they won't give me a reason why. I just told my son to get rid of this account and find a better bank

As it is every BOA I have been to has been a nightmare but this location takes the cake. ALWAYS a long line typically with just one teller. None of the employees ever seem to care. Just a dreadful experience every time I come here ( yeaaaars- I don’t have an account here but for work have to make deposits) I would never open an account here. Td and Webster bank are MUCH better

Best BoA branch in CT by far. Have had several positive experiences here. The associates are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help. Keep up the good work!

This is the worst bank ever, 1 person all the time

Not friendly at all.none of them. The 2 male cashier be in there laughing and talking about customer. There very rude black and Latino guy.
