This is the best bank with the best people! They were all so nice, efficient, and intentional. While I was waiting in line, a worker came up to me and we just had the sweetest conversation! Angelique was also a lady who helped me at the end, and she was very kind. I came a few minutes after they opened at 10:00 am and was in and out in 15 minutes

The worst service ever on a service transaction that could have been handle in 10 minutes but, instead banker made an erroneous judgment decision to wait 15 minutes when their customer was a no show. I’m not mad that the fee was not refunded but, I am more mad of the way I wasted a whole 30 minutes. It is important to tell your customers that that you have an appt and that’s there’s a 15 minutes grace period and given them a choice of whether to wait or go. Super not cool! If you can’t refund a fee than just say that and apologize and moved on. Don’t make me wait 30 minutes to say, ‘No, we can’t refund you.” You could have done that in 5 minutes.

They don't keep their time commitments. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and even though I waited for over 15 minutes, the staff did not show up at the appointment time. Time appointments are fundamental to any business, but here the concept of time is very poor. Do not waste your time here. Try to go the other location.

Went on a Monday afternoon to deposit some cash only to realize the ATMs were not working, so everyone had to use the drive up teller. Came around the back of the building and the line was at least 15 cars long. I waited for 40 minutes but still had five cars in front of me, so I left. Came back the next day to about five cars in front of me again, and waited nearly 20 minutes. I know Covid has impacted staffing and repairs, but this is completely ridiculous.

The wait time is horrible. I literally waited 15 minutes or a little longer for a deposit thay took all of less than 90 seconds.

Just want to say that Jenny and Dennis did a wonderful job of taking care of my needs despite of the fact that they were overwhelmed and understaffed. The 4 stars is for their superior customer service. The company needs to do a better job of taking care of their employees and making sure that they have proper resources and wherewithal to take care of of the customers. Jenny and Dennis went beyond their duties to accommodate my needs despite me not having an appointment. Speaking of which it was impossible to get an appointment online for a simple account service. Given that we are in a pandemic BOA corporate needs to ramp up their online technology to accommodate the customer’s needs if they don’t want us going in their branches. It’s ridiculous that I can’t even book an appointment and can’t even show up at the branch to get help. When showing up at the branch only 3 bankers were available to serve their clients. This is not acceptable. I hope Brian Moynihan and BOA management take a good look at the current issue before losing a long time customer like myself.

I don't do reviews often but I had the most AMAZING service here. I went to get a temporary card during my work lunch break and it was completely crowded. Jenny told me the wait time was over an hour but understood my urgency to get a temporary card. This was my 4th BOA branch that I'd gone to to get a card and she was so helpful and understanding of my needs. Dennis was able to help me right away and got me a temporary card! 5 stars for but Jenny and Dennis, they were both professional and helpful and I couldn't be more happy with my experience here!

Last week I had an appointment with Jimmy Kansara. He helped me open an account and clear problems with my outstanding account in less than 30 minutes. He was help and provided great service. Other staff members were was also friendly. CJ

This bank is horrible. I dread going there. There's usually 4 or 5 employees standing around, greeting people as they come in the door. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer with at least 7-10 people waiting to make a transaction with the ONE teller behind the counter. Everyone that comes inside this location is angry, frustrated and tired of waiting. And the door greeters just stand there. You have to come inside for your transaction because the drive thru window is only open 3 hrs per day. Good luck finding a teller waiting there to assist you. Hey BoA ... HIRE SOME DAMNED TELLERS. Everyone hates your customer service. It absolutely sucks! You might as well close the doors if all you can do is have people greeting you at the door and then smile at you like an imbecile as you wait excessive amounts of time to make a transaction. Don't stand there grinning. Get behind that counter and help! Get the line moving & let your customers be on their way. Ridiculous!!

This is a horrible branch with poor communication, I scheduled an appointment with them since Tuesday afternoon for Thursday which is today I am now getting a call at (12:06pm when my appointment is set for 1:30pm) telling me they are not having anyone in the only thing that is available is using the teller, I needed to wire some funds that needed to be handled today the only information they gave me was try and schedule another appointment but most likely everywhere else is booked. So now I’m having to figure this out last minute this is awful customer service!!!
