You can not complete such a quick finish thing such as notary in this Bank of America branch, they say you need an appointment when you got there, completely different from other same branches. I wonder why it does not take a walk-in customers.

The best customer service. Ms. Kadriye Ness was awesome! She kindly helped me to open my account today. Above all, her kindness made me home. I want to express my appreciation to her. And also, Nicole was professional in her job. Thanks to them, I was able to issue my casher’s check right on time.
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client.

I went to this location yesterday because it was convenient to an appt I had in Arlington. I went in and stood in front of the counter. A couple people who worked there sat in their offices. Eventually someone came out to tell me there was only one teller and I was welcome to wait 20 minutes for them to return, so I could get quarters. That seemed impractical, as does this entire location. How does this place stay open!?!!

No tellers available until next week yet they had three employees on the platform. You can open an account but there is no one there to offer customer service. For a business with large cash deposits an aTM is not an option. Most disappointing banking experience

This location definitely has issues, but it’s not the worst bank ever. It has 2 ATM’s that always work properly. It’s easy to make an appointment (do it, it saves you so much time!) and when you have one, you are served cordially. Veronica helped me wonderfully today. The lack of an efficient bank teller system is an issue though, there are often not enough people to help the flow of customers, creating long waiting lines. However, there usually is someone who checks in on the people in line and asks them what they are here for. About half of the tasks can be done online or with the ATM, but some customers insist on waiting in line, which of course creates a problem for the people who really need a bank teller.

I only visit this branch location because it's geographically convenient. I can remark that I've only received competent and good customer service from the teller Sandra regardless of the wait. Even just a short visit to the ATM is upsetting: regrettably, I happened to look up to see too many cobwebs and spiders and their webs atop the glass doors and all along the ceiling.

Very dissatisfied with level of customer service here. I went today at lunch to process a transaction and couldn't do it because there was an "issue with another bank." Called the other bank and found out that the issue was actually with Bank of America. Went back to Bank of America that same day after work at 4:59pm to resolve only to have the security guard lock the door in my face then point to his watch with a condescending look. If that's how you want to be treated as a customer, bank here.

I’m pretty sure this is the worst location to bank at. It’s close to my work so I always hope for the best but I’m always let down. Long lines for everything always and please don’t dare to get anything notorized during your break you will be waiting forever. They have to do better currently in a line with 20 people ahead of me. 5 empty teller stations and employees just walk around like their oblivious.

This Bank of America location has a lot of services and offerings and a pretty large staff/facility. Its parking is a bit limited - it is a dense part of Arlington after all - but for what it can support I feel it really does a lot. They have outside ATMs too for after-hours banking services.

WORST BRANCH EVER!!! I was here on a Saturday morning at 10am. There was a line inside as well as in drive thru. Fine, I get it you're busy. What I don't understand is why customers on drive thru were constantly being neglected to serve customers that came inside. I left my car in the drive thru, walked around, and observed people that stood on line after I had been waiting on drive thru get services first. All I needed was $20 in rolled coined change for my business. I waited 32mins for this. UNACCEPTABLE. I sadly made the mistake of going to the bank where my business account is located to get this change. Bad idea!! This is not the first time I've had issues with this bank. From their stupid requests and policies to withdraw and deposit money (No other bank asks me for i.d to deposit money into my own account no matter the amount) to their poor customer service. I am closing my account TODAY.
