When you wake in at 1.15pm..you expect to see full staff...there is only 2 tellers and 4 empty windows...a line up full of clients and the tellers working as slow as they can....we too have work and other businesses to take care of I am definitely looking into different options. Google should consider a rating with negative stars

This branch on foothill is hit or miss its been closed for over a week as well as the one in alta loma I have everyday banking that requires me to go inside, they need to get it together or I guess its just time to find a new bank just a hassle to switch all accounts over but they haven't left us much of a choice

I should’ve read the reviews before deciding to schedule an appointment here to open up a new business account. I had an appointment today 09/02/2021 at 10:00 a.m to open up a new business account. I got there at 10:00 a.m sharp and do not see anyone at the entrance, usually there is a greeter checking people in if they have an appointment. I sat in the waiting area to see if someone would come to check me in. 15 minutes had passed and I decided to ask a banker if I needed to check in. She said yes that she would check me in and went back to her cubicle. She came out 5 minutes to tell me that she had just started helping out another client and that it was going to take 30 minutes. I understand some appointments take longer, but there is no excuse why you should wait an HOUR when you have a scheduled appointment. The least that she could’ve done is call me to let me know that she was running behind schedule. Then I would’ve made arrangements and been able to go back at a later time to take care of my banking needs. I had things that I needed to get done early in the morning and afternoon for her to waste my time. I didn’t even get to open my business checking account because I was on a tight schedule and she was late. Not to mention she had an attitude and told me that other bankers couldn’t help me out. She could’ve also had another banker help me out as soon as they were done, but no she instead told me that they couldn’t help me out either. (She was the banker that only focuses an opening business accounts and that has the only cubicle in the far left corner. )

I wish I could give them zero stars. Will not answer their phones. Why am I putting all my money in an institution that has zero customer service????? I don’t want to call a 1800 number I need to talk to my local branch.

I hate when I have to come to this location. The line is always to the door or out of the door. Standard seems to be 2 tellers no matter how busy.

If I can give this branch zero star, I would . I have made an appointment with them one month ago and I received the confirmation number for my appointment. I have arranged everything for the appointment till last minute they called me the service is not available. I have to change all my schedule due to their terrible customer service. If the service is not available, why don’t inform me earlier and waste my time ? This branch is not recommended at all.

I live in Italy. I have an account at another branch but, used the services here in the past. They were very helpful and eager to assist. About five working days ago, I needed to speak with someone at the branch regarding my account but, was recycled through the useless recording. I tried several times (also at another branch only to be met with the same recording). A waste of money and time!! I received an immediate response from Teresa to leave a message via social media. I followed instructions and did so. Here, I am 5 days later. My message has not yet been read!!!

They opened at 9:20AM since I arrived at 8:55AM. NO good start. There were 5people in front of me and My turn. I deposited cash and exchanged coins. I was told that they needed paper job for report and then I wanted to return $200 coins not to report because I knew the processing of report takes around 15min.but, they said No because it was already on the system. I came out at 10:05AM. 1hour!! No good start of the day.

Honestly, f#@% BOA! They hold your money! They take forever to deposit a check! They have bad customer service! They don't give a $#!% about you! GO TO CHASE BANK!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING! I promise they won't let you down! PLEASE PLEAS PLEASE don't go here!!!! My mom has had BOA for 20 plus years and I'm getting her and everyone in my family to change!!! She loves chase!!!

This is the first time I came to this BoA. I wasn't able to go to the other 3 BoA's that I usually go to because they are now closed due to COVID. Anyways, today I experienced the worst BoA customer experience. They let the customers stand out in the sun, they did not offer shade like other BoAs, and they didn't even bother handing out water. To top it off, their security officer started turning away customers 20 minutes BEFORE the bank closed! In addition, when customers were knocking on the door 10 minutes before the bank closed, neither the employees nor the security guard bothered to open the door and explain to them why they closed early...they just left the customers waiting outside, confused, without any explanation. I've been very patient with BoA and how they closed a majority of their branches due to COVID. But this branch in Rancho Cucamonga has the worst customer service! I still can't believe they were turning away customers 20 minutes before the bank closed!
