The branch manager Erica and the financial consultant Zulema were both super helpful through the handling of my dads estate. 10/10 would recommend making an appointment at this financial center!.

I came into this branch to close an account they said an appointment had to be made two hours later. I very amiably agreed and showed up on time yet they were late in even seeing me. Currently I am sitting in the small lobby for more than 18 minutes. The service is abysmal. Thank God I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Very bad location with the worst service, the 2 managers here have a huge lake of how to solve issues with disrespect to my issue which is money, Erica guided me to a wrong information lead to my money order being rejected and destroyed. Zayda the other manager gave me another wrong information in order to solve my problem, then said we can do nothing to you. I have 2 business and personal accounts that I will close and move to other bank. Shame how they treated me

Waited more than 15 minutes with appointment scheduled prior

Bank is horribly slow waiting to cash a check for over an hour now I don't believe it's just this Bank of America it's all Bank of Americas. As much money as you guys still from us you should be providing a whole better service. Cannot stand Bank of America. And as far as all the reviews go it doesn't look like I'm the only one complaining about how long it take you think you would fix this problem.

March 28, 2019.....10:40am..... Bank just has 1 teller and none personal banker. After the teller check me in and tell me wait 5 to 10 minutes for personal banker. I am waiting couple minutes, the lady told me the banker who can do wire on break and wait more than 20 minutes. What time bank open? All staffs are taking break. Bank manager or supervisor can not do wire....How bank makes lot of money

30 to 45 min wait to speak to a banker and that bank had 3 customers in there 😑and the person that told me that was the manager. I don’t get why he just attended me instead just standing their like an idiot looking over his employees

People are giving bad reviews just because this branch has less employees. Service wise BofA is one of the best bank in US.

Horrible customer service by Michael. He was extremely distrustful to the customer ahead of me and never apologized to the customer for his own mistake. The customer was being really sweet so there's absolutely no excuse for mistreatment of others.

Extremely rude customer service with Teller specifically far right older woman.
