Poor aswer service phone never answer phone calls plus for any simple transaction u need apoitment they never geve apoitment same day

The people that work at this location have no customer skills. They are very rude the few times I have been in there. The ATM never seen to work. The best location I have found in NWA so far is the one off Sunset in Springdale.

Wait in line 30 minutes to find out that there is no one, of the five employees there, that can assist with a financial instrument that the Bank of America directed me to go to the branch to complete. I would give zero stars for local branch customer service, if I could.

Never had a problem here. -Friendly staff -Neat and tidy store appearance (no weeds in front of store) -Helpful services, offered with a smile and the polite use of the client's first name to establish familiarity. Will be back, plenty to come.

This location is horrible with customers service, only one teller was available, drive through lines were closed, line was moving too slow.

Told me they don't take third party endorsed checks when my deposit agreement literally says otherwise. My guess is the teller was incompetent. Not the first time I have had them tell me something that was incorrect

I am really angry. Juan is a BAD EMPLOYEE BAD ATTITUDE. i came from fort smith to apply for credit card. waited 30 minutes but juan even received the person who just came. really unprofessional as a bank employee

Has the drive thru closed forcing people to come inside and expose themselves and others during a pandemic.

I just bank with you guys because it requier me from my job to do bussiness with them,but been a nationwide bank you guys SUCKS is always something with you guys,is the only bank in town and you guys been out of ATM for a while if I go thru drive thru they will tell you that you can do this transaction at another ATM in near cities or location or thru de bank App to save them time,come on guys most of the time theres something wrong with your ATM's everywhere,thats why I use the app a lot to avoid seem the lack of people working at every location and I super hate it when I need to go inside and theres long lines of waiting and theres more workers available but they don't hesitate to open another cashier and I hate it when the manager approach you to ask you if theres something they can do for you and then the answer is...ok just keep in line waiting "I Hated it"

The whole company is horrible to do anything with, in any aspect and - to booth- their automated systems are broken 1/2 of the time. Cancelling account today, after a bit over a year with them.
