I was excited to have this new BofA in the area but boy, the tellers are literally the WORST with regards to customer service and attentiveness. There has not been a time I’ve gone in when they aren’t all conversing together & above actually paying attention to servicing are conversing amongst themselves about social or personal business. They seem purposely slow & unenthusiastic in helping the people in line and on several occasions I’ve gone in and the same young woman/teller is speaking socially in Spanish to customers she seems familiar with and continues long after the business transaction at hand was completed. There were four of us in line waiting . I will say though, the concierge person/people greeting customers are usually inviting & helpful . Overall, really disappointed & unimpressed.

For the millions of dollars BofA wasted on remodeling this place into a giant useless space, they could have hired at least ONE person with enough brains to engage in banking. I went to this branch FOUR TIMES to get a simple account change done and every time, I was greeted by 4 or 5 useless employees who are nothing but brainless greeters. They are good at giving you the run around and passing the buck. I was told to make an appointment even though 5 to 7 employees were sitting around doing absolutely nothing! I came back for my appointment and was told that it was canceled and I had to make another appointment. When I came back the third time, the indignant woman who calls herself the branch manager, yet knows nothing of banking, rudely told me that I was late and yes, I was 15 minutes late because of MDR traffic, but a civilized attitude could have been more helpful. Since they literally employ too many employees who don't know Jack, they have now cut down their hours to 10 to 4! This branch is useless and BofA would be better off completely closing it down so that the unsuspecting public would not be duped into thinking their useless employees can do anything to help them!

Had a good experience at this branch today. Most important thing is to book an appointment in advance, which I was able to do so 1 day before with no problem. Jasmine was very helpful in sorting out my needs, was able to provide relevant advice on the questions I asked. The branch itself is very new so quite a pleasant space inside. All in all am happy with the outcome, book the appointment and you'll be looked after!

Go to any other branch but this. These associates are rude and unprofessional. Associates having personal conversations with each other while you are trying to get your transactions situated. Had a teller (Dolce) who literally kept asking me what is was I needed because she was so engaged having personal chit chat with her coworker who I assume was on break because her window was closed and she was doing anything but tending to the long line. So unprofessional, rude, and not something you’d expect from a company such as Bank of America

I came to the bank to do a simple operation, which I do often. I needed to withdraw the cache from my international debit card and make a deposit to my BoA account. The employee refused to do this, arguing that it was allegedly an international credit card. I tried to explain that this is a debit card, and that I withdraw money from this card every month without any problems. But she wouldn't listen to me and said she wouldn't even try to withdraw money from this card. I was standing in a huge queue and lost a lot of time. As a result, I arrived at another brunch and without any problems withdrew money from this card and made a deposit to my account. So there are strange employees working in this brunch who just don't want to serve people, it's very strange. I was so glad that a new BoA brunch opened near my house, but it looks like I still have to go to the old office.

Called several times because I was told I need an appointment to be seen no one ever answered the phone no one called back. 3rd in line only one teller available. In line for 20 mins still waiting. I’m a local resident I certainly was hoping they would have opened up a restaurant here and not a B of A. Teller a bit rude. I’m closing out my accounts

Tellers are unprofessional, unfriendly, and unmotivated. You will get better service from a pit bull. Its hard to imagine why senior bank executives would bring in a "Section-8-low-rent mentality" in an affluent area with multi-million dollar homes. Can't they give these tellers some "etiquette classes" and teach them how to smile or say "please" and "thank you?"
J
Why is the bank open 9-4 and around lunch time there is only one window, one teller available? No consideration for working customers
J
Just built - there’s three windows, three cramped inside atms and zero outside atms? Who approved this? Lol install 10 outside atms to meet the needs of this area

It was sad that it moved last Nov. 2021 a block north along Admiralty Way on the west side. Previously, I requested for a debit card (which I left behind back home outside the country) to be mailed towards Chula Vista in San Diego County. I tried setting up online, but the app won't allow on my phone due to int'l unavailability.
