This branch’s customer services are below average. The manager repeatedly deceived stating that they would serve us in a minute. Later, he announced that they would be able to assist in 45 minutes. I waited for more than one hour and half but no assistance came to help. It’s just illogical for the bank to have unprofessional services for people who come to place money in their accounts. BoA has to seriously review their customer services priorities.

Thia is a poor representation of BOA. Fully staff. Yet the employee feel it is more important to talk about what they will be having for lunch than helping anyone. I happy I play in the NBA. I will talk my million else where.

Best customer service of any Bank of America I’ve been to in 20 years. Alexander Mejia was the associate who helped me. Very polished, professional and kind. A top notch experience that makes me happy to be a Bank of America client.

I was there for literally less than 10 minutes and the bank clerks were rude for no reason. The customer service is awful.

They provide gret service but you will be waiting 3 hours for anything. I am a preferred client and that means nothing. Get more staff!! takes 20 min for a teller to deposit your money.. another hour to enter your box.. 3 hours to see a banker.. way understaffed… i am closing my acct here.

With my husband did an appointment almost 2 weeks ago to open 2 personal checking accounts. When we arrived: 1. There’s not anyone at the entrance to guide us about our appointment. 2. I find a guy and I told him about my appointment, he told me that I needed to wait but 15 minutes later no one helped us. 3. I came back to the entrance and there’s a girl (Crystal) in the front desk, I waited at the line, but she was so busy in some activities, so the line was so slow, when was my turn, she told me that I hadn’t an appointment so I showed a picture about the confirmation of my appointment, so she told me that she doesn’t know that I needed to wait. 4. Finally approximately 30 minutes after I arrived the place a nice banker attend us and solve our situation. But the appointment was attended 30 minutes after the hour with some uncertainty. With my husband, we got a permission from our jobs to go to the appointment, if the bankers in some case couldn’t attend us because our appointment “wasn’t” in the system, we could lost our time. The customer service from the front desk is so bad. And the customer service of this center is awful.

Very bad customer service. They made me wait for over 30 min at security box, after I had rang the bell several times. There was no body at the bank, which is very rare. I finally I had to call them. When the woman came, she didn’t apologize... nothing. When I told her, you owe me an apology.. she didn't look at me in the eyes and she said “ I apologize on behalf of the other guy who was supposed to help me”.. Seriously ??? Everyone who works for Bank of America should help their customer. If someone forgot, another person should jump and help out..

I opened a bank account online and I put money on it. 5 days after the account was locked. The bank didn't even notice me of anything. I called BA, a representative told me that I had to go to an agency during the pandemic to show my ID. When I got there a representative told me that my account was actually canceled and they issued me a check with my funds, that I will receive in about 5 business days. It s not what the representative told me on the phone before. I noticed that I also registered '' my new bank account'' to receive the money from the IRS. I said that to the representative at the bank, he really didn't care. He just told me that I could open a new bank account with them and let me understood that otherwise, I could leave right away. As he was impolite and rude, I said no and I left. As a result, all my money was on hold during the pandemic, just when I lost my job. About 6 business days after, the check was not in my mailbox. I called BA, one more time, to talk to a supervisor. I explained to her all the situation, especially that I needed my money asap. She just said '' you have to wait it is our process''. The check will be sent back to us in case there was a problem with the post office. She didn't even say sorry neither tried to find any solutions. She was like a robot reading some lines. I noticed, that I mentioned to all the employees that I lost my job during the pandemic, but it didn't matter to them. Today, I have to wait to receive my money, I can't pay my insurance and my rent this month. I don't even know if I will get my money one day It is the worst experience I ever had with a bank in the US. Usually, representatives are professional and try to find solutions.
