    Every time i want to access my safe deposit box i should make an appointment and after few days they will let me know that i can access my box in the day that they decide!!!what a joke, this branch is closed since few months and every time i ask them they say they will open it next month....very unprofessional...at least open it for few hours,one day a week and notify your customers....

    Donara helped me with opening up my new account. However, I was not happy. I cant believe that people work there with poor hygiene. Her breath just smells horrible, even with the mask on. PLEASE SOMEONE GET HER TO A DENTIST. And also she is RUDE. She was talking very loud with me. Im not happy with her service at all.

    Words can’t tell how ignorant the Manager is , his name is Narek and he keeps acting like he is going to help and he makes you wait for an hour and then he says I’m sorry we are short today , you can make appointment or wait , although there is no one there . Don’t say I’ll be right with you when you won’t . If you are busy just tell that there is a wait time from the beginning, so I will decide to stay or leave . Don’t give false promises and act like you are professional.

    2 tellers 5 bankers took 45 minutes to do a simple transaction ..... and i am currently calling em right now no one is answering

    THIS WAS THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA SO FAR THEY HAVE 3 WINDOWS WITH 1 OPEN everyone in line was pist off am in line writing this i came to realize every bank of American in glendale has lines out the door but the rest of my banks or others normal 🤔it took me over hr to cash on check

    Hands down the slowest bank in Glendale! This bank needs a updated staff. They took out the phone tellers and got rid of a real life teller? This place gets crazy busy and only have two tellars at most. The business line gets service first and that makes other customers on stand by. For this bank being so big they sure do a terrible job helping. Sad to waste so much time in line for a simple deposit.

    My boyfriend and I moved across the country, so we wanted a bank that had a national presence. We chose Bank of America, and we have had nothing but problems with them since the beginning. This is the location closest to our new home, and every time we go, we have to plan to spend at least an hour there just waiting to be assisted. We set up separate and joint bank accounts, and the woman who helped us accidentally linked my boyfriend's separate account with our joint debit card. Upon calling customer service, we were informed that it could not be undone. We have no idea which account is having money pulled from it when he uses the card, because it is linked to 2 accounts. They put a week long hold on certified checks I received when I sold my house. The whole point of a certified check is that it is proof that the money is available. Why the excessive hold? They also put a hold on my paychecks. They restrict access to the account every time I make a large purchase. I have had my card declined while purchasing groceries, for example (even though I had several thousand dollars in my account), and couldn't buy any food until I called and resolved the issue. When I asked the customer service rep if there was a way to alert the bank that I planned to make large purchases, so that they wouldn't be declined, he didn't know what to tell me. You have to keep at least $1500 in your account to avoid fees. They are constantly holding your money ransom. Putting a travel alert on our account while we drove across the country was also a big to-do, as none of the options for placing this alert on the account worked (app, online, automated phone system). I finally was able to speak to someone to get the alert placed. Now that we're getting settled in the area, we're definitely looking for a different bank. Bank of America is just hot mess nightmare!!

    going there for more than 4 years my busines is cross the street from them, I always have bad experience specially with the manager she can never be helpful with anything that we ask her, never smile anyway, I did kindly ask her if she can cash a check for me understanding that it is a corporate check but I really needed the cash to be able to pay my employees. the check was from bofa the teller verfiyed the check and funds are ok all we needed her approval on the check to be able to pay me 30% of the check amount she didn't want to.long story short this branch managers don't care about customer relation when other branches (and banks) are on top of that the relation between the bank peapole and us the clients. she made me upset and I felt like I was begging her for a simple service. i field complaint with corporate, to bad it's going to be for the banks benefit to learn from now on how to deal with customer relation....

    I really don't want to swear, But the manager of this bank Named Diana. She is very insolent and rude. Because the words are inconsistent, knowing that I am in a hurry, she deliberately slows down the progress and delays the time. Ask for my ID six times…… I don't want to see this woman again in my life.

    This bank used to be great when they actually had human beings working there... Now there are all these bs machines and electronic bs that don't even work properly. Long gone are those days where you had normal human interactions at this bank... I absolutely hate this branch, if you are lucky there will be 1 teller working there helping 150 ppl at the same time. This is not right.. I hate it and so do many other ppl. Recently closed my acct there and will make sure no one I know will be banking here! These corporations need to stop thinking about just making money, this is ridiculous! I hops someone who matters get this message across to the ppl on top who think are doing great with there new and stupid interventions!
