Went in line to wait and the teller didn't say anything until I get closer to let me know I could have waited in another line. Then when I get there while having another person pass in front of me the other teller I get to leaves. Terrible communication. Been to other locations that have great communication between all employees

The experience that I have with Bank of America is really good. I have been a client with the bank for more than 10 years without a problem. I have a special mention in this branch with Jairo Gil, who is my banker. He is a really good and professional guys. Always ready to solve me any inquiry that I have.

Doing business with Bank of America has become seamless and pleasant. After sitting with Mr. Jairo Gil at the Downtown Miami Location, my business and I were in good hands. Jairo is professional, provides expert guidance, and recommends the best products BofA has to offer. Although this is a financial institution and a major bank with thousands of locations, having Jairo as my business banker really personalizes the BofA experience as if I was one of the bank's major clients. These people completely wasted my time. DO NOT book an appointment with anyone at this office. The specialist was rude, unintelligent, condescending and inconsiderate of my time. They will try to book you for a 1 hour appointment and then keep you for hours! Whatever you do, DO NOT do any business with this location. Go to a different one.

I am astounded by my experience at this location, I am not a member of the bank but wanted to open an account and the first thing was the person in the lobby greeting was not interested in helping me, I asks some general questions and she kept cutting me of and saying sit down. I walked right back out, I had no problem sitting but she was so rude and rolled her eyes at me, no one go here, no a.c and packed, one teller and long line. I was looking at creating this new account with at least $40,000, looks like chase will be appreciating my money a bit more.
