Juan C. Huerta is in my opinion the worst bank manager I’ve ever dealt with. I waited 30 min to talk to a representative while I watched him chat with people, when I asked him if he could help us he laughed and said you should have made an appointment.

ATM’s are horrible always breaking down and taking 10 minutes plus to load

This is the most unfriendly banking experience I've ever had. Not only was the teller not helpful, but she was rude! I came in as a nonmember to get a cashiers check. From my past experience of being a teller, I know the deal. It's risky to issue cashier's checks to nonmembers. However, I know that banks can be selective about which nonmembers to service, which leaves me with the understanding that it can be done if one so chooses. So, I knew what type of issues I might encounter, but plain rudeness and lack of helpfulness was not one. I arrived and was simply told "No!" without explanation or assistance. In fact, the teller cut me off in the middle of my statement. Instead of adding a new member so that they could do the transaction, they shut a potential customer out. I left without the service I needed and they missed an opportunity to enroll me as a member. Now, that's bad business!

Extremely pleasant and cooperative bankers who really show you how to get the most out of investments, rewards, mortgages, etc. They go out of their way to be helpful!

I HATE Bank of America. And I know hate is a strong word. Marc’s comment was spot on: they only know what they can’t do with lots of excuses because of COVID, but their rules for customers don’t change at all due to COVID. By the way, what they told me they couldn’t do because of COVID, their branch in Seaside did with a smile and a thank you. I didn’t expect that, but what a difference! Two terrible days of jumping through hoops and exposing myself and my family to COVID, only to have to go elsewhere. Shame on you.

I usually wait 20-30 minutes in line. One or two tellers is not enough, especially at peak times. There should also be a merchant teller as those transactions take 10-15 minutes while regular customers are waiting for their one minute transaction. Staff is usually courteous when you do finally get to the window.

The Staff has always been helpful even though there's a long wait for two tellers for such a large busy DOWNTOWN BANK with only a FEW Banks open during the Shelter In Place! :)

B of A has the worst customer service of all the banks , most branches are closed down and try and find one open on saturdays. Nobody answers the phone or can tell you updated hours ? Are they going under ?

If you wanna get a open a checking/saving especially credit, they would love you. If you wanna something to do with credit card, they will asked you call 800 number instead help you by theyself. I’m wondering if a bank hire& pay thoes employees right there help customers whoever don’t understand card questions they should help us as a customer not toss around. No?
