They make it impossible to wire money online but then expect you to make an appointment weeks in advance to do it at their offices or wait hours as a walk-in (or come in during working hours midweek) This is the second time I’ve needed to use the bank in person and have had to wait more then 2 hours. I will be researching online banks that can automize my needs and not waste my time. I’m not sure what the point is anymore of this brick and mortar places if customer service is abysmal

An on-line account was fraudulently created and linked to my Bank of America MasterCard. The on-line account was closed but my profile information is incorrect. When I called the Bank of America to determine the status of fraud charges, they couldn’t authenticate me because the phone number in the system is incorrect due to the fraudulent on-line account. The banker at the toll free number told me to go the bank so they can authenticate me. I have gone to the bank three times and was told each time that they don’t authenticate anyone. What am I supposed to do?

Worst bank ever. I have an account with this bank for 9 years. Recently i scheduled an appointment for notary and they called on last day saying i lost my notary stamps so i asked so schedule me with someone other than you. She was like i dont care and then just to get the conversation done said i will let u know shortly who can help u in neighboring branch and never got back. The lady doing the notary there is a lazy creep and needs to be fired. They just dont care and is everything what banking should not be.

Don't waste your time. Scheduled an appt online. Waited 20 mins before being greeted and having my name taken. Waited another 10 minutes and left. This was obnoxious. The reviews here don't lie.

Very poor customer service. 2 agents only about 6 people in line, wait was still 15 minutes. If you want change, brake a bill, quarters, etc. They won't do it unless your an account holder because it's an inconvenience for a BANK to make change

After opening a couple of accounts, I was told certain information and it turned out to no be true- just little things like how much was needed to start the account, etc. The banker and the teller had two different things to say. Sadly, their attitudes were quite disrespectful actually, though I am a customer there and though I was given contact info for my banker they have not once responded to my efforts to reach out to them at all whether it was by phone, or email, etc. As with many other reviews left, I agree that the tellers are very slow.
