    Heads up!! EDD checks are paid through Bank of America. This is why the insanely long lines (customers wanting to make cash withdraws) and the lack of care making others wait. I am not mad at those getting EDD but disgusted with BofA not staffing properly and having most branches closed on weekends. The manager at the Arden branch is the only mgr who declined my effort to drop off a

    DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE! This branch is severely understaffed. They have NEVER answered the phone. Try it, I guarantee they will not answer. I had to open another account for my business. Online did not advise whether check would be ordered and if cards would be ordered. I went through a very lengthy process of making an appointment. I went into the branch and found that the person I had an appointment with was on leave and they didn't know why they are still making appointments with him. I was helped by another banker. I had recently lost my license and with Covid-19 getting a replacement was impossible. I had an expired ID but they would not allow that. I didn't understand how I could open a new account with the app but not in person. I explained the problem with the app and trying to open it online. They told me that would be the only option. Rather than help me in person either on a computer or with the app they wished me a good day and good luck. THIS BRANCH DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP CUSTOMERS AND CAN NOT THINK LOGICALLY TO COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS TO REMEDY SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Greg Chapman Chapman's Auto Care

    This is the most poorly managed branch in the area. There is ALWAYS a wait. There is rarely more than 1 or 2 tellers. There are always employees seemingly doing nothing. No one wants someone to greet them and then stand there doing nothing while you wait in line for 15-30 minutes to actually be helped. Other employees are sitting at desks doing nothing while this line stands still, one teller is overwhelmed, and the greeter picks his nails with a flier. I recommend that corporate management looks at the tapes from different days and different times and sees for themselves how bad this branch is for themselves.

    CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ASAP due to terrible service! BofA decided this would be the only branch open in the entire area during COVID. All other banks in the area have multiple branches open. Went there yesterday and the queue to get in was about 40+ people long and not moving. I waited 15 mins and moved maybe 5 places and left. I then proceeded to drive past Wells Fargo and there was no queue then I went to the bank of the west near the bel air on manzinita for groceries and there was no queue there. Both banks were open! OPEN MORE BRANCHES!! Why isn't carmichael branch open when other banks have multiple locations open?? Being cheap at the customers expense! That's why! You've lost a lifelong customer yesterday! and will recommend no one to use your services.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their worker gave me false information about dates of my check being put on hold to find out the actual date of my hold was extended for about 2 weeks! They are lazy workers who don’t really work with u. They the type to just show up to work and give horrible service just to get their own money and not help others with their own, clearly they need to re-evaluate these basic workers they hiring

    This is by far the worst branch I have experienced in over 20 years! Unfortunately, I had to go there because it was the only branch open during the COVD-19. I am evaluating my experience with this particular branch over several visits over the past year. The financial center manager TAI TCHEN is discourteous and rude and his management skills are very poor. When all other branches of Bank of America honor a simple transactions in an efficient and timely manner Mr. Tchen complicates and refuses transactions that all other branches honor. He gives no explanation or reason for his actions! When asked for his superior contact information he gave me the wrong person.

    Bad branch, poor scheduling of Staffing - not enough tellers, the customer does not come first. Personal take breaks at bad times, manager and other staff do not step in to help. Other branches nearby are much more customer service oriented.

    Would be giving a zero if would let me. Horrible service, and staff has no knowledge of policy! They tried to charge me $8 to cash a check that was issued from their bank, and I BANK WITH THEM!!!! Even if I didn't bank with them, Walmart charges $3 so yeah overall terrible! Xue was the name of my teller, and she should be fired.

    We had a appointment at 9:30 to open a credit account , for our business ,we waited for 30 minutes and not even 1 person stop to ask if we have been help,, bad customer service ,,I regret opening my business account here
