Bank of America Financial Center N Pacific Coast Hwy, El Segundo

I rushed over there on my lunch break to make a transaction that they wouldn't let me make an ATM, and wouldn't let me make online. When I walked in they literally said I can't get in line because their teller has to go to lunch, and he's already 30 minutes over his shift. So not only were they refusing service at literally the most popular time of the day to go to the bank, and abusing one of their workers by holding him late, they had three very well dressed employees explained to me why I couldn't make a transaction. I wasn't making trouble, they were all just standing together, being polite and unhelpful. And yet they only had one teller, who legally was supposed to start eating lunch half an hour ago, so the whole branch had to close. I hope it closes permanently.

The people there were warm and friendly. Great and amazing cutomer service. Has to mention how wonderful Kim Pena was when she was helping me with my account. She is so informative, cheerful, and friendly. Thank you so much Kim!

I opened an account for the very first time with the bank of America located in Coast hwy El Segundo and I would like to highlight the excellent guest service mister Cabel and Joe provided me. I am new in the country and did not know what to expect but I was amazingly surprised by everyone's smile and kindness.

Bad service, I was waiting 20 minutes, with an appointment and several managers passed me as if I wasn't there, a disrespect. I got tired and left

I called today to initiate a wire transfer. Even though I've done this before at this branch, the Relationship Manager, Kim, said she couldn't help me and that everyone else was out at lunch. One star for not trying to build or manage a relationship and because Kim called me "hon."

Horrible bank waited for over an hour - wanted to open another checking and was going to inquire about refinancing my home. No one even cared let alone asked me anything just sat for an hour just like everyone else with zero help. Save yourself a headache and go to another branch or better yet another bank seems like bankers are so busy now a days they don’t care about customer service anymore. A joke and horrible Bank of America should restructure this branch so that people would want to do business. Instead of a checking account and refinancing I will be closing my accounts. Great work bofa on losing my business.

I love this bank because it's never that crowded and if it's crowded, it's only about 5-10 people in front of you but for the most part this bank help customers fast and efficient and they also have an ATM inside as well if you don't want to wait in line.

Worst bank! ATM did not dispense my money and the bank was unable to do anything, I have to wait 10 days for a credit after investigation. Went inside the bank, was waiting for 20 min and no service. Two people were helping one person, one of them keep lookin at me but will not help. Time 230- 310. Bank with chase Instead, way better service then Bofo
