Hours are not accurate and banker services are by skin color only after opening at 10 she sent a banker on break at 10:44 poor run bank no other people of color mostly a Hispanic bank if you're not a Spaniard don't come

This place sucks..Too bad there isn't a Zero star.....5pm....2 tellers....and they are mainly helping merchants and others. Don't come here unless you have an hour. From the looks of the ratings.....Bank of America doesn't care either way.

Doesn't have a merchant line , I own a bussiness have to wait in line with all other customers, no problem if I have to wait but sometimes I have to inconvenience my customer to wait in line its not good !!!!

Online it says they close at 4pm and I got there at 3:31 and the lady didn’t want to take me in because she say they close at 3:30pm. She was so rude and uneducated.

Everytime I come I wait an hour in line only 2 tellers NEVER FAILS I had to come here only b of a around here. Actually all b of as are horrible

20+ people waiting n only 2 windows open Slow af Mngrs dont do sht about it I spoke to mngr in turn n she was very rude Basically saying thts all the staff i got if dont like it not my problem

This place does not have enough staff. Unless you have an extra hour to waste, don't go to this branch. Horrible every time.

Always understaffed. I am surprised they do not have more negative comments. Super long lines and slow tellers. Sorry but it is the truth.

Worst bank.... long lines than they ask how can they help you.... get behind the counter and do your job.
