Okay, first off, the two bankers in the front offices are extremely helpful and friendly, and so is the male bank teller who is usually there. But the branch is run poorly. I have seen a line out the door with 2 tellers and seen the manager walk over to one of them, take them aside and have a 5 min chat, while telling the first person in line "we'll be right with you". And it wasn't just one time. I took my banking elsewhere already. Only 2.5 months and I was done.

I can't even start to name the number of bad experiences I've had with BOA specially this branch. From 2 different incidents with my business loan, to my saving account to their extra charges, and specially bad customer service. I used to get notary service at my bank in fl, in CA you have to call to find out which one does have a notary. And I called over 20 times to this branch to see if they do or do not have notary, and they did not answer. So I decided to go in since 2 other branches confirmed Twin Oaks has notary. I get there, the girls says I have another appointment and I can't see you! I told her I have called several times you and guys didn't answer, her excuse was "we're too busy to answer calls". Even if she had another appointment, notarizing one paper takes less than 5 minutes. Absolutely lazy and do not care about customers. I have gotten here several times 5 to 10 minutes before closing and they shut doors and didn't let me in. I am so glad my main banking, including my business, and my loans and mortgages are through other banks. I'm wondering how you didn't go bankrupt in 2009!

I have been banking of BOA since I was 18 years old and never had I had such a bad experience as this. They had recently closed my account down because I was getting a new card. They did not inform me that my account would be closed and that I would not able to use my debit card for any kind of transactions. I entered the branch slowly they had open at 10am on saturday. It was surprisingly empty, with just one lady waiting in the sofa area. I was approached by Kesisha, who was a personal banker and I explained to her my situation and the predicament I am in right now. She started off by saying sorry and that if I wanted to be helped I should make an appointment since this branch in particular is mainly appointment based. I told her that I was told the day before to just come in and I could get a temporary bank right away. She said "Well right now myself and a fellow bank have appointments coming in shortly, and we need to be available to them. We are currently waiting for them to come in". I said " I understand that but I am without a card right now and I can no do anything, can you not see me really quick and help me with this?" She replied very coldly "No, we can not, but please see our tellers to pull cash out and log in to our app to make an appointment", and she walked off. Needless to say it was a slap to my face really. I do not think I will ever return to this branch and I am concerning leaving BOA due to lack of customer service.

Worst bank around, always a huge line, today is no exception, 1 teller and 30 people waiting , not an exaggeration! What a joke. And to add insult to injury not one of the many bankers said a word as they walked by , this is ridiculous!
B
I don't belong to this bank, but have friends who are 89 - 93, who need a ride and I open the door for them. The tellers are so rude to them!! I am so relieved that I don't bank there!
Z
Tellers are always very helpful (***** stars), but this location is always understaffed. There is always a long wait no matter what day or time you come in. Need more tellers on active duty.
K
Unless you have an hour to wait in line I wouldn't recommend. Last time I come to this bank.
В
the service is very bad! the employee is rude! manager too! I do not recommend this bank!
B
I found staff and management very helpful. Sorry to see them not open during this shut down
C
20 people in line and 1 teller, cause the other teller was training a new person... Horrible!!!
