If BOA wants to keep clients in EA/OP they need to open! As a self proclaimed “largest bank in the country” they need to offer branch services like their competitors. They have simply cut services to pad their bottom line. Stop with the COVID excuses!

Terrible service for the small business person. Branch in East Aurora is closed, apparently permanently. Fortunately I moved most of my banking business elsewhere, but still have an account at BOA. To my regret.

Speaking from personal experience visiting the branch for the past 14 years, it's the best branch in Western NY. As long as Rosemary Argauer is the Branch Manager, you will not be disappointed. I would give her the highest recommendation of any banker in the Buffalo area!
