Friendly service but always a longer wait than expected. There's 14 people in line right now, not counting the children. Update 6/18... So slow! Getting slower and busier every time I'm here. Seems like they have more customers and fewer employees all the time. Please hire some staff!! 15 people in line for 5 minutes while they deal with one confused customer,, andly two tellers.

This bank is horrible, I suggest for everyone to sign up to a different bank that's better than this one. Service was not helpful when I had an issue with a credit card fraud/IDENTITY THEFT!! Made calls several times and the issue has not been solve since 2 months ago! 🤬

We have contacted the mortgage department at this location regarding home mortgage refinance options. We were placed in touch with their senior lending officer who had us complete a whole lot of paperwork and submit all the necessary supporting documentation. She confirmed that she has received everything, then...silence. I have followed up with her twice. Last I have heard from her, she apologized, said she has been busy and would get back with me. That was January 7th, it's now the end of March. Reconsidering my longstanding relationship with BoA.

The customer service here is abysmal. I waited a good ten minutes while my banker was gossiping with her coworker and ignoring me all the while. This place is highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The teller in business account was mean and rude! Yelled at me! Rubbed in my face that she handles only business transactions! No manners at all! To think that I have 3 accounts with this bank! Management, teach your staff good customer service please.

Rude employee! Ask them if they have someone to do notary but the guy said go across the street! Then went to Chase Bank I said wow they did my notary right away chase is where are the good people who can really help you and have a very good customer service

3rd time this week trying to take out more cash than an ATM would allow. Should have saved money on remodeling to hire more tellers. What's with this, Saturday afternoon ONLY 2 BANK TELERS MID DAY, did you not think that people would go to the bank on their days off. Again today another line out the door with only 2 tellers but their are plenty of suits hiding in their offices.

I bank every month with Citi, Chase, and BofA in this area. BofA is by far the worst, every single time. Doesn't matter if it's 1:30pm on a Tuesday or 5:30pm on a Friday, there is always a line. Whether the system is down and all transactions need to be manual, or there are only 3 tellers at the busiest time of the week, plan to waste a half hour at the minimum whenever stopping by this branch.

Always line when they are opened. We closing our account soon because of lack of decent services
