if I could rate this company at 0 stars I definitely would . I took my truck to them 3 weeks ago originally picked it up last Friday all the decals were messed up bubbles in that were so bad I could literally get my finger underneath it. Everything else was messed up so bad none of the body pieces lined up. And when I picked up my truck the first time they blamed all of the poor workmanship on myself due to the fact that I was rushing them. I am now taking my vehicle to a different Body Shop to have them find out what else is messed up and to fix everything else that they couldn't.

Very Happy with all the service staff. The quality of workmanship for the repairs was excellent. Time for completion of job very good.

James was awesome, and explained all of my options very clearly. He fixed up my minor scratch for free!

My bashed-in Camry looks like new. Great professional service and excellent body work. Loved my Rav 4 loner too.

We had a few issues but fortunately Rebecca and James were able to resolve them quite well. My second time to BB (unfortunately) but if I ever need this again I'll be heading back there.

I hit a deer with my highlander hybrid heading to work, shop fixed it right up! I do not have rental car coverage from my insurance company so I would have had to pay for one out of pocket.. Ball had a brand new suv for me to use and it was even a hybrid... for free, too! thanks

Decent body work, bit they seemed a bit disorganized. I arrived to pick up my car at the time they had said it would be ready and it was not. Otherwise, good service.
