Generally helpful othet than overpriced on their firearms,I don't have any complaints.

Great people friendly staff been doing business with them since they first opened would never shop any were else.

Had a bad experience today, I spend $100’s every couple months in this place, overall the staff is friendly an knowledgeable.. HOWEVER, the owner has quite the attitude problem, customer service is far from a concern of his! I was looking at a golf club (which I ended up buying for $149) I was told the other day that $20 could be taken off no problem... we’ll long story short; The owner is who “helped” me today, and he absolutely refused to take off just $20. I was spending over a $100 no matter what, not good enough for him though apparently. I guess Greed just consumes everyone now days!!

Great place to shop! There are plexiglass shields up throughout the store for your safety. The have the best selection of guns and jewelry in town!

I enjoying doing business with B & B. I have purchased several firearms here and could not get a better price anywhere. I am not saying everything in the shop is priced lower than anywhere else, I am saying they had the best price on what I was shopping for every time, if it was in stock. The staff here has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. No Pawn or Gun Shop is perfect and anyone can have a bad experience anywhere. I have traded in some things on a couple of the firearms I purchased here and was very satisfied with the credit I was given toward the purchase of the firearms. You can't trade in guitars at many gun shops, so B&B being a pawn shop gives them an advantage over many Gun Stores. Look around here and don't miss their annual sale!

Horrible and extremely rude! The guy I talked to on the phone was nice. I drove 30 min there and the blonde haired girl that waited on me has a attitude problem and was rude! You need to chill out lady it’s a pawn shop not Tiffany’s. I will take all of my business elsewhere

I just wanted to know if some unique tools that had been stolen from me had been brought in: a welder that had a problem with it, an air compressor with a plug I had installed myself, and antique toolboxes full of machinist tools. The lady informed me that they take that stuff “literally” everyday. Every other pawn shop was more than willing to answer my questions but this place wouldn’t say a word. I know that it isn’t legal to tell me anyone’s name or info but the items you have taken in are a different story. She said to make a police report which I already did. Will not be shopping here in the future it seems they are hesitant to identify items because they might be stolen.

I have done business with these guys for years. Love them. Great group of people. Always friendly, smiling, and fun. Brad, Tim and the gang are family best service this state kind get..

My wife and I are frequent customers and have never had a bad experience. It seems they know what you're looking for before you enter the store! Great people to do business with and very knowledgeable about what they sell. I never leave without a great deal of discounts and free stuff.
