    I've had accounts at this bank for over 7 years. Every time I go there, I am happily greeted by Chellybeth, Emma, Michael, Katlynn and Donna. They are always very helpful and ready to do whatever it takes to fix my issues. It feels like family. I always get excellent service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    This bank is horrible I signed up for alerts for my accounts to transfer money from my personal to my bussines so I won't be overdrawn and charged for return fees, i had the money to cover the purchase they hit me with a return fee the same day and no alerts,, been at this bank for about 4 years, they changed their systems I had to close and reopen my business account and closed my savings because I could not access them, the problem stated above is one of the many things that make me want to close my account, the many times they blocked my purchases even when I was on tour I had no access to my money and basically starved for my whole tour. This bank is quick to block, freeze and hit you with return fees...but takes forever to fix the problems, call you or notify you with your account and their systems. Even the app have bugs in it. I had 70 bucks in my personal account instead of notifying me or calling me to see if I need to transfer to cover 50 dollars they hit me with 68 dollar return fee for a purchase they didn't even cover...how does that make sense.

    They do not care about us the little guy. Is Your money but you can't have it. They are complicated and have outdated technology for a bank in 2020. Why do business like they do. The manager will not solve your issues and she will be rude and won't listen to your situation to try and resolve it. I recommend to do business elsewhere. Check the reviews and you could tell the good ones are from their regulars senior citizens that have no other option but this horrible Bank with a horrible manager and staff.

    Im currently a customer. But I won't be much longer. I got this account about a month or 2 ago. So far my card has been locked 3 times in which I had to call to verify my identify. Now with the new card (Started July 9th) I cant access my online banking or the app. So I called 3 days in a row... First day I was left on hold. Second day I never got pass the auto message. And today I got pass the auto message then I get a busy line sound. I will be looking for another bank this week.

    So far these people have been fantastic at the Winter Haven branch, definitely go above and beyond. I just wish they would had held off the system update or done it on a Monday and Tuesday, because now I have direct deposits in limbo. This is not knock on th he WH branch, they earned my trust working their butt off and taking time with every customer today, not just push them through. They made me almost feel like I was at a little old hometown bank I grew up with.

    I really like this bank. We opened an account around Veteran’s Day and we got free checking and free checks sent to us. No fees whatsoever and that includes money orders too. They are very friendly and helpful. Just wish they were at the other Cypress WalMart location for convenience.

    This is the worst bank ever Everytime they make a change you can't access your account online or mobile app and walk in the bank and they have no answers for you and they close when they want even tho online says they are open if you value your time and money bank at any bank on the planet other then this one if I could give it a zero stars I would
