    this place is dirty, they don't care. its garbage on the floor every morning. I tell the leasing office and they dont care. when I moved in I had roach problems, once again the leasing office dont care. The HVAC in this place is horrible, I have my air on all day to come home to be hot

    I am not from Atlanta but in search of apartments. I Called 2 days prior to attempt to schedule a tour. No one has answered or called back. I arrived just to attempt to drive by and get scheduled. There was a sign on the door that said you must call to have questions answered and to schedule appointments. Called again, no answer. Knocked just for times sake, someone came to the window and watched me walk back to the car with any explanation or help. Maintenance arrived as we were leaving and went in to check, we were told we need to wait 30 minutes to be seen after waiting for about 20.HORRIBLE Customer service.

    I am very much pleased with the high level of professionalism I received from both Ms. Kehoa and Ms. Tradel Thomas of Avondale Reserve. These two ladies were very serious and efficient about placing me in an apartment as soon as possible. They were polite, friendly, and kind both over the phone and in person. I really do appreciate that and have great confidence that this great service will continue into the future

    So I applied here and was told I had a eviction on my credit ( completely lie contacted equifax ) so they had to contact the other company in which I mention to her when she said she did so that she was not in office nor gave her time to be in office before they denied me not only that I paid extra because online it says a 250 deposit and 75 app but guess what when I asked for my ****** money back never received it they cashed the money order before I was even denied and yet to get back to me about my money so I will be calling corporate not only she never in the office one day I was told it was the kids the next it was she is in a different office office is never open don’t waste your time or money here nor could I even see the apartment that I applied for greatly happy I’m not dealing with them

From my reading of your review, my understanding is that you applied for an apartment and paid your application fee and deposit but you were unable to be approved because of your credit report. Whenever you're turned down based on credit, the reporting agency will send you a letter and even prior receiving it, you're welcome and encouraged to reach out directly to them if you believe the information supplied to us was in error. The application fee is not refundable but your deposit would be. Please send an email to [email protected] with your name and the date that you applied. Please include that you were applying to Avondale Reserve and we will be happy to investigate this further.     Avondale Reserve was my first apt. I lived here for 3 years and just recently moved for work. I enjoyed my time here and the office staff and maintenance crew were all polite and had great customer service. Anytime I put a work order in they came within 24 hrs. Anytime I had questions regarding the lease or the unit they responded very timely and always provided direct answers. The pricing was also very reasonable for the large amount of square footage they provide and it was conveniently located near everything. I'm gonna miss Avondale Reserve alot 😥. If you are looking for a nice location with reasonable pricing then give them a call asap.

    My family and I have been living here @Avondale Reserve for a little over 4years now. We absolutely loves it here. The community is quite and very well kept. Maintenance staff are always fast,a friendly & prompt. Work orders has always been fixed either same-day or within 24hrs. Property manager Tasha has done a wonderful job with maintaining the complex. The office staff is always friendly and eager to help.

    I had been living at Avondale Reserve community for a year (because of changing job, i have to leave there), and my kid and wife were there for 6 months. We both loves this community very much. My unit is very quite. The maintenance technician are very professional, and can fix problem quickly. Apartment manager Tasha is extremely friendly, and very eager to address my concerns. Anyway this community is awesome!!!

    Gave written notice that I had to terminate my lease as my employer was transferring me out of state. Paid my current months rent, plus an additional months rent as early termination penalty. Seven months later I got notification that I had a derogatory mark on my credit report from Avondale Reserve stating I had outstanding fees due of $1771.00 This apartment complex wants to charge not one, but THREE months rent, plus losing your security deposit and any other money set aside if you leave before the end of your lease. These are HUGE fees to leave a lease with written notice and for an unavoidable reason (work relocation).

    I'm so happy that I choose Avondale Reserve for my little family. These apartments met my expectations. My goal was to find a clean environment, safe, and affordable home for my family. Miss. Beverly was awesome with helping us throughout this process & she really helped me to accomplish my goals with a new place for my little family. She went above and beyond! I am expecting a child in November so she really took that in consideration when I stressed the fact that I did not want to be placed in an upstairs apartment due to me being pregnant. I'm happy she understood my needs and satisfied my concerns professionally. I have viewed most of the apartments within the perimeter of Avondale Reserve Apartments and I truly believe Avondale Reserve Apartments top them all. Please, keep up the good work!!!

    The surrounding area where the complex is located is not the best. Some tenants are disruptive and disrespectful. Parties upstairs until 230am and the next day there’s trash everywhere. We were told at time of lease signing that blinds are to be kept in good order, yet there are some apartments with sheets over the windows and broken blinds. People coming and going all hours of the night. The interior of the apartments are spacious but poorly maintained, although maintenance tickets are answered timely. They slapped a coat of paint on this place and called it renovated. Property management is attentive when complaints are logged, but much of this should’ve been done correctly from the start. We have an alarm so I feel safe, but if I had to do it again, I’d be elsewhere.
