Nadeem made car buying a stress-free & wonderful experience! I exchanged several emails with him arranging a test drive and I was happy to find out that he would be the one helping me. In person, he is polite and laid back and very helpful. I was worried that he would turn once we started discussing financials but he was not pushy at all. Best of all, I walked in with a quote from another Acura dealership and South Bay beat it. In fact, when I came back for a second test drive with a even lower quote from another dealership, they beat that, too. Dimitri in financials did try to sell me several maintenance packages but he was not overly aggressive and did not push when I declined. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience and I am loving my new TLX! Nadeem is the internet sales manager and I highly recommend you seek him out.

So after several visits and working with the sales staff on obtaining my 2017 TLX AWD we settled on a number and documents were signed for a vehicle they found for me at a sister store. I picked out what was supposed to be a beautiful black copper car with espresso interior. Good thing I had them put in the contract that if the vehicle was not in perfect quality the contract would be void because upon inspection of the vehicle the vehicle was not up to new car quality standards to say the least. Even though having all day to pre deliver prep the car I was expected to be happy receiving a car which had massive swirl marks, water stains, sediment in the paint and trim, what looked like road tar on the lower rear passenger door and smudges on all the windows. The most insulting part was the manager Tim ( I believe that was his name ) simply looked at the car and said "what seems to be the problem with the car" my jaw dropped. I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and to be greeted on a purchase with such a degree of lack of pride in a product and integrity I was left simply sickened and terminated my business with south Bay acura. My parents were also picking up a used RDX that same day, of course we didn't bother with that transaction after such treatment. Buyers please do not settle for inferior service. Your money is worth more that this.

will never work with Hasan Roberson at the auto nation acura location again in my life. I spend 5 HOURS at this lot LAST NIGHT and came back THIS MORNING because of a loud humming noise the car made every time I drove over 60 mph, clicking sounds when the ac is on, and a very loud engine. Granted, the car was a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with 70k miles, but there were no accidents and 1 owner. I’ve purchased from autonation before so I trusted their 125 point inspection promise, but clearly this car didn’t make that list. I WAITED FOR TWO HOURS THIS MORNING before the service manager informed me that they HADN’T EVEN LOOKED at my vehicle. The MANAGER HASAN ROBERSON SAID HE COULD NOT NEGOTIATE A PRICE DECREASE OF $3700 between the jeep and another car I was interested in to KEEP MY BUSINESS AND THEIR SALE. Why would I WASTE OVER EIGHT HOURS of my time to LEAVE WITH NO CAR?? After witnessing other buyers in “BETTER” FINANCIAL SITUATIONS have their pick of vehicles BROUGHT TO THEIR FEET, I understand that I WAS NOT AN APPRECIATED BUYER. Then to INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE with other vehicles with OVER 90k miles, LOWER PRICE VALUES, and even WORSE QUALITY than the jeep, it was clear I was NOT CALLED. Even after I WAS APPROVED FOR THE VEHICLE AND THE SALE WAS FINALIZED, I still was ENCOURAGED BY THE EMPLOYEES to RETURN THE CAR OR CHOOSE SOMETHING OF A LESSER VALUE. My letter will be proofed, edited, detailed with names, dates and times TODAY and addressed to everyone at the Fort Lauderdale office!

Just traded my TL for a new MDX! Love it! This is my 3rd car from Acura South Bay. Tom, the sales manager, has helped us with all 3 transactions. He always gives us a fair deal on the vehicle we choose. Jaden, a new member of their sales staff, was very patient with me and let me drive several cars before I decided to go with the MDX. The best service in SoCal... at least for me. I looked for a specific Acura that my wife wanted within a 100 mile radius from Fontana (yeah, that's far, but worth it). Looked at a couple of dealership (won't name them), until I found AutoNation South Bay. Garry (salesman) gave me the best service I could ask for... actually, their entire team was fabulous. Top notch professionals, and understanding of one's needs and interest. Garry could have easily sold me a higher more expensive model, but he took the time and explained the differences between models and recommended what best fit our needs. He's the first salesman to do that. I can go on... but I hope this helps someone's decision on heading over there. Trust me, you won't regret it. I'll be heading back for my next purchase, that's for sure. Ask for Garry.
