Auto Note Auto Finance Smithfield Rd, North Richland Hills

We have been buying my 2010 F150 from them for almost 2 years it behooves me to write this review. they have been nothing but great to us. The owner Joe and his team Ashlie has always taken care of us and our vehicle when we have needed any Maitnance done on my truck they were quick to fix it!! I would strongly encourage anyone to buy from them. The team that works there is very kind and I am proud to be a part of the AUTO NOTE family. If you ever need help with payment arrangements it help just give them a call and they will work with you😃

Can I leave no stars? Horrible customer service, the one lady is very rude. We got our truck back in February and had to send our insurance information 6 times or they threatened to charge us $80 for their insurance. If they didn’t report to credit the truck definitely would have already gone back. The people in the dealership itself are amazing but this financing company is a joke. I DO NOT recommend getting a car from first place auto.

When you get past the dealership (who will YES likely get you approved) and you start dealing with the main office on Smithfield where payments and things are handled as well as any issues with the vehicles (which there will undoubtedly be which really isn't even the issue)... THAT is when things change. I have never seen such an incompetent group of front office ladies (one in particular) who have unnecessary attitudes for NO reason no matter how nice you attempt to be in the process. When you make payments they have attitudes, when you have questions they have attitudes, when you have concerns they have attitudes, when you call just to say "thank you", they have attitudes. It makes no sense to me and yet they don't seem to care about customer service. Customer service is what makes your business thrive or die. This one is about to die for sure if they don't get rid of one particular young lady and overhaul how they handle business, function and stop screwing people over.

Good afternoon everyone. Today or should I say this morning I had a wonderful experience with Auto Note and 1st Place Auto. I went in to trade my SUV in for another SUV. With the expertise of Joe and Ace they were able to get me in the SUV that I wanted with nothing down. These two people are the best. I have been using this car dealership and financial company for several years. They are reputable, honest, compassionate, loyal and concerned about making their customers happy. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, they are more than capable of fixing what needs to be fixed. As long as it is under warranty. If you're needing a good car look them up, 1st Place Auto.

I was unable to get financing ANYWHERE until auto Note. They said that if I paid my bill on time my credit score would increase dramatically. I purchased an amazing vehicle that runs well and is low maintenance. My payments were reasonable and manageable. And just like they told me, my credit score is so high now, that I'm turning down credit card offers. Yesterday I made my final payment on the vehicle. I am totally satisfied with their program that helps restore credit, and the manageable payment structure.

They won’t work with you on paying monthly payments on any vehicle they have. We tried giving them two monthly payments ahead and they wouldn’t take it and they wouldn’t take the money that we owed them or anything plus they wanted to see our truck in person to make sure it wasn’t “wrecked” which is RIDICULOUS and they wanted to look at it/inspect the truck! Nobody finance a vehicle through Auto Note!!!! They will NOT WORK WITH YOU OR ANYTHING AT ALL!

I had a great experience with Auto Note. I had really bad credit and they gave me a needed chance. The service representative was very helpful, she explained how I could improve my credit. They also helped with an affordable payment that I could make due to my circumstances. It payed off, my credit gas improved. Thanks for the help.

Let's just say the new financeing manger will not work with anyone.affer having my truck for almost 2 years in oct and being on time and keeping every arrangement I have made with the financeing dept the financeing manager still said i had to put 1500 down on my trade in.i told him I could put 1000 down thursday and then the other 500 down on the following Thursday the same arrangement I made when I got the truck i have now.i have been ontime even when my truck was in the shop 12 times in 6 months ..I guess they don't want to sale a truck that bad.. ut they calm to work work with everyone . Yea right ..they only reason I'm giving one stat is because the guys at autonote dealership on Ross Avenue trade there best to help me out.

Even though everyone hates collections for past due accounts, sometimes things happen to the best of us. The customer service was absolutely great! Questions were answered very professional! All I can say is I had a very good experience with the collectors. She asked questions. I rate this company with five stars for the way I was treated.

I would put 0 stars, but I have to put 1 in order to leave a review. This is by far the worst auto finance company I have ever dealt with. Their payment system is horrible! We pay every 2 weeks, due on Fridays, sometimes their payment system tries to pull the money out too early, therefore the payment is not processed. Out of courtesy, no email, text or phone call reminders the payment didn’t go through. I know it is our responsibility as well to keep track, but for the most part the payment usually goes through. But a courtesy reminder would be helpful as a customer, obviously they are not customer satisfaction driven. The female representative that answers the phone and the owner Joe Acuna are the the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible! This is my first bad review I have ever written, and do not like to be a negative person but we have been dealing with them since May 2016, and I cannot think of anything positive to say about Auto Note Finance.
