Once again I received superior service from Auto Care Plus. They confirmed my appointment in advance, was prepared when I arrived and completed the service on-time and on budget. I would recommend Auto Care Plus to anyone looking for a great place to have your automobile serviced.

I found this place online because I try to avoid big chain businesses if possible. I raced to get there an hour before they closed. I told the 2 guys I just needed an oil change, they kinda laughed and said 'now' I said yes, just an oil change. Nope. They shouldn't advertise next to Meineke and the other 10+min oil change places.

I was in Conway with my 5 year old daughter on vacation. We were planning on heading home that afternoon and were planning on spending the day at the water park, not the repair shop. George was great, he gave us a loaner vehicle and had my truck ready to go in a couple hours. He really saved the day. If I lived closer, this would be my repair shop.

On vacation, helped us with our concerns about our vehicle. Excellent customer service! Also accepts AAA. Will certainly go back with any problems in the future. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of AutoCarePlus since they came to the Mt Washington Valley and purchased Importech; however, I can no longer recommend them. Over the years their service has deteriorated to the point where I no longer have confidence in the quality of their work or the integrity of either the management ot the owner. I will not be returning.

New to the area. Did some research on what places to check out based on google reviews. Keith was a great personable guy. We had some good convos while my car was getting a basic oil change and inspection sticker. Everything was smooth waited about an hour max. Needed a fog light, which was odd bc I checked my lights before travel. Anywho I guess stuff could’ve changed. Jim’s a good guy too. Mechanics seemed knowledgeable and professional. I definitely paid wayyy to much for 2 basic services. 163.00 bucks was an unexpected cost. I own a Toyota Corolla not a BMW or Mercedes. I’ll be sure to steer clear of places like these that don’t display costs up front. I’m a cheap fella , to me oil is oil. You’ll find me at a prompto next time paying 35 bucks for services and inspection around 50 bucks. Business is business though. I get it.

Went out of their way to squeeze my car in today even though they were super busy. They even loaned me a car so I wouldn't miss work. Great service I'll definitely be back.

I have utilized Importech for over 8 years. The service is excellent. All repairs are explained in understandable language. I have older cars with substantial mileage and Importech's maintenance has allowed them to operate in a trouble free fashion. They are courteous and professional. I recommend their services without hesitation.
