This Brodie Ln. location of Austin Telco has provided yet another outstanding and positive experience with financing for an auto loan. Tori went above and beyond with excellent communication and follow through making the process smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend this location!

I've noticed over the past year, this branch has become very unprofessional. There are two males there, the smaller of the two is helpful, the taller one is arrogant and rude. The female "manager", should not be a manager anywhere!

Went through the drive thru and received the worst attitude from the drive thru representative. She was unwilling to assist with our inquire. My partner and I will be moving back asap. Be respectful and at least listen to your customers!

This branch has gone down hill. Staff is unfriendly and seem disgruntled. They appear to have problems keeping staff and unfortunately they do a poor job at training new staff. Had to wait in line way too many time for 20 minutes plus while new staff try’s to figure out what to do. Not sure why they don’t hire people with experience or train them properly Not sure if branch manger has changed, perhaps they should change the management and clean house. Definitely not the friendly helpful vibe we use to get from Austin Telco.

I understand this is the owner or manager's vehicle for this business. If I'm wrong please let me know and I'll amend this review, but who do you think you are being so entitled to take up all these parking spots? I can't review the business because I don't use you, but if your company runs anyway like your parking job is, I'll keep my business elsewhere.

They’re unable to let me make the payment for my aunt. We have the same last name and I just want to make the payment for the car that I’m driving but under her name. Austin Telco at different location which is on Frontier Trl provided me the amount payment for a month so that I can proceed the payment for her, but the one on Brodie couldn’t... please avoid this location

Racist bank tellers and worst attitude given sorry for being Hispanic making Legal funds but we all Work around here like the tellers there or maybe they don’t wanna work but this is the WORST BANK EVER

I always feel that they provide top notch customer service and are super helpful and nice. I've banked a few places, but love this environment so I've stayed :) thanks guys for treating people well.

I wish I can give them zero star First time 😏I came to this location customers the service is horrible the clerk just look at us and the managers not nice at all nothing compared with telco on 290 west and Ben white they the BEST OF THE BEST

The folks at this branch have been incredibly helpful and professional in all of our dealings with them. They are always friendly.
